It was uncomfortable. There is a heavy mold in the bathroom. The towels are very old and heavily used. Daily cleaning is poor. There are architectural and engineering errors in the building such as abnormal voice of construction materials due to termal expansion. ( windows ) The air conditioning system is centralized and guest cannot fix the temperature that he/she likes to have in the room. As simple as it is, there is no temperature control in the room, guest can only change +3 degree to setted temperature by management. People from cold regions may not feel discomfort under the temperature controlled by management but guests from warm and hot countries in compare to Sweden would feel very cold and hotel system doesn’t allow to stop air conditioning so you are neither control or stop it. I have stayed 5 nights in this hotel at 10th. Floor and there is always a long waiting period at the lobby due to the visitors (outsiders) for restaurant at the 25th. Floor. That means that hotel allows visitors from outside who does not stay in the hotel and guest does not have any privilege neither for elevators or for restaurant. Unfortunately there are only 3 elevators for a building with 25 floors. The money that you pay and the quality provided not in match! Do not be underimpression that you will get a table at the restaurant because you are a guest/customer of the hotel. Note: I attached the photos of the mold ( not dust!) but I believe that they will make it disappear!
