The cottage brings all of the charm of the countryside with original sandstone walls, a wood burner and original wood beams alongside modern upgrades such as underfloor heating and a wood burning, salt water hot tub.
Located in a rural village, you’ll be hard pushed to find a more convenient location as you cross the road to the village pub to enjoy local ales and home cooked food.
The market town of Malton (known as Yorkshire's Food Capital) is just seven minutes drive from the cottage, the postcard-perfect market square hosts monthly food markets, annual food festivals, a gourmet 10K and Meadowfest.
You'll also be ideally located to explore the Yorkshire Wolds (2 miles), Howardian Hills (10 miles), the medieval City of York (17 miles), dog friendly beaches (27 miles) and Whitby (via the steam train from Pickering). Local favourites Castle Howard, Birdsall House & Dalby Forest are also nearby.

Just fantastic
Could not recommend this cottage enough. Absolutely great.
The cottage owners couldn’t do enough for us and made us feel at home with a great welcome pack.
