Visit us on our website. Simply enter the name of our finca in the search engine. The Finca Murada is a beautiful villa (approx. 167 sqm living space incl. Roof terrace and terrace) on a plot of 520 m2 surrounded by cypresses on the edge of a nature reserve with an unobstructed view of nature. The house is located in a residential / holiday area of Cala Murada somewhat away from the center. The finca is about 2 km from the beach and was only completed in mid-2016 and completely refurbished. A private pool (7 × 4m, gentle salt electrolysis, 2 x cleaning by pool boy in high season) offers bathing fun for young and old. The large pool terrace and the garden leave enough space to find peace and space for children to play and run around. In the rear area, a little away from the hustle and bustle on the pool terrace, there is a lounge corner, which invites you to take a nap on the cozy lounge furniture. A Weber gas grill for your culinary barbecue evening should not be missing, of course. We have a guest service on site who will take care of your needs. From the purchase of groceries before your arrival, to the personal handover to acceptance. Our guest support is always there for you. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room. On the upper floor there is a large roof terrace where you can relax and watch the stars with a glass of wine in the evenings. The house is also technically very well equipped. In the living room there is a 47 inch TV and a Bluetooth stereo system that you can connect to your smartphone and play your music. In the bedroom on the upper floor there is also a television with German television programs. Free internet is available in the entire house via WLAN. There is a washing machine and dryer in the utility room. Air conditioning is installed in the three bedrooms and in the living room. For the winter months, the entire house is equipped with infrared heating, so that it is also comfortably warm during the cooler days in the house. Billing is based on consumption. The community pool is about 200 meters away from the house and invites you to relax and bathe. The associated clubhouse is open all season. Fabulous hideaway in a wonderful setting
We had a fantastic week staying in this villa. It was spacious, well equipped and with a cool vibe about it. The pool and garden area are fantastic and the upstairs terrace was an added bonus. It is situated in a quiet residential area and is between 15-40 minute drives away from some of the best natural spots of the island.

Wir können die Finca zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Tolles Haus und toller Pool. Wir 5 haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Schon die Kommunikation im Vorfeld, vor allem mit Ilona, war sehr angenehm und warmherzig. Bei uns gab die Waschmaschine ihren Geist auf, was ja auch im heimischen Umfeld durchaus passiert - gar kein Thema. Ilona und ihr Mann haben sich direkt gekümmert. Danke dafür und für die Tipps zu Unternehmungen.

Super Haus mit schönem Pool und Aussenbereich
Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt im diesem schönen Haus. Wie haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und dies vor allem auch Dank der super Betreuung durch Ilona - Vielen Dank! Im Haus hatten wir alles was wir brauchten, Klimaanlage, Küche, Pool etc. alles hat super funktioniert. Küchenutensilien könnten teilweise etwas erneuert werden, aber sonst gibt es nichts zu meckern. Cala Murada selber war leider nicht so ergiebig, ausser täglich zur fantastischen Bäckerei im Zentrum haben wir nicht viel dort gemacht. Der Strand direkt in Cala Murada hat uns nicht gefallen und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren eher überteuert. In der Umgebung gibt es aber einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 10 bis 15min Entfernung mit dem Auto und auch diverse schöne Strände. Wir haben es sehr genossen und können den Aufenthalt nur empfehlen.

Tolles Haus genau wie auf den Fotos
Sehr schönes Haus mit moderner Ausstattung und allem was man braucht. Zwei Schlafzimmer sind im OG und eins im EG was ideal für uns als Familie mut 2 Kindern und Großeltern war. Der Pool und das Grundstück sind ebenfalls toll mit Weber Grill und vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Sehr gute Gästebetreuung.

wunderschöner Urlaub auf Mallorca nach 2 Jahren Corona Pause
Nach zwei Jahren Zwangspause durften wir endlich wieder Mallorca in dieser schönen Villa genießen. Die Villa kann ich jedem hier bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen. Meine persönlichen Highlights waren 1. der Pool: schöner großer Pool mit Salzelektrolyse. Besser geht es kaum. 2. der Weber Gas-Grill, herrlich.... 3. die Lage: Von Cala Murada kommt man schnell zu den tollsten Buchen Mallorcas. Mit den Kindern in 10 Minuten zum Dinopark nach Porto Cristo. 4. Ilona:-). Total nett und freundlich, immer erreichbar und hat wertvolle Tipps parat. 5. Natürlich die Villa. Wiederholungstäter nach Corona
Wir sind nach vier Jahren wieder in die phantastische Finca Murada gekommen, kannten das gepflegte Anwesen und haben uns mit „Schlüssel umdrehen“ wieder wohl gefühlt. Die diesjährige, außergewöhnliche Sommerhitze konnte im gepflegten Pool genossen werden. Abends ruft die chillige Lounge Ecke zum verweilen. Ein sehr schöner Urlaub zum runterkommen, der wie meistens immer zu schnell wieder zu Ende geht. Wir können die Finca zu 100% weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne als erneuter Wiederholungstäter zu Besuch.

Das war unser 7ter Urlaub in Cala Murada und wir konnten die Zeit wieder in vollen Zügen genießen. Die kleine gemütliche Bucht mit einem tollen und qualitativ gutem Restaurant zieht uns dort jedes Mal wieder hin. Auch die Möglichkeit von dort in kurzer Fahrzeit andere Buchten zu besuchen ist gegeben. Vielen Dank an Familie Lerdon für die sehr schöne, geschmackvoll eingerichtete und super gepflegte Finca. Hier gibt es nichts zu bemängeln und wir konnten die 12 Tage vor Ort zu 100% genießen. Da wir den Vergleich zu 6 weiteren Fincas in diesem Wohngebiet haben, können wir dies besten Gewissens sagen. Nur zu empfehlen und natürlich kommen wir gern wieder 😊 Vielen Dank auch an Ilona für die vielen Tipps und die Hilfe vor Ort. Immer wieder schön, wenn man weiß an wen man sich vor Ort bei Fragen wenden kann und einem immer super schnell geholfen wird.

Wohlfühlen ab der ersten Minute
Das Objekt war sauber und hübsch eingerichtet. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an wohlgefühlt. Der check-in war unkompliziert und der Ansprechpartner vor Ort war super freundlich und hilfsbereit auch für anliegen, die nicht das Objekt betrafen. Wir haben einen wunderschönen Kurzurlaub genossen. Das einzige, was etwas gestört hat war, dass der Pool nicht beheizt war, aber das konnte die Insel durch die schönen Strände wieder ausgleichen.

Erholsame Tage in einem wunderschönen Haus
Wir haben 12 schöne Tage in der Finca Murada verbraucht. Das Haus ist prima ausgestattet inkl. zB Weber-Gasgrill. Alles ist sauber, in sehr gutem Zustand und funktional. Man merkt, dass die Eigentümer das Objekt mit viel Liebe eingerichtet haben. Auch die vor Ort Betreuung durch Ilona ist prima. Stets erreichbar und supernett.

Top Finca, die keine Wünsche übrig lässt
Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Sommerurlaub mit unserer zweieinhalbjährigen Tochter an der Ostküste Mallorcas. Das Haus ist wirklich sehr gepflegt und sauber, großartig ausgestattet und kindgerecht (bis auf den Pool natürlich - draußen muss man immer ein Auge auf die Kleinen haben). Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Trockner, zwei verschiedene Kaffeemaschinen, Weber-Grill, Klimaanlage, Smart-TV und so weiter, wirklich nichts, an was es uns gefehlt hat. Die lokalen Supermärkte sind eher spärlich, deshalb lohnt sich ein Großeinkauf in Manacor oder in Cala d‘Or. Wir haben viele unterschiedliche Strandbuchten ausprobiert. Die nahegelegenste ist die Cala Murada, die aber bei weitem nicht die schönste ist. Vor allem mit Kindern sehr zu empfehlen sind: Cala Anguila, Cala sa nau, Cala Domingos, der Strand S‘Arenal in Portocolom, Cala Romantica und die Cala Esmeralda. Auch empfiehlt es sich, ein kleines Motorboot zu mieten - das geht auch ohne Motorbootführerschein- und durch die Buchten zu schippern. Belohnt wird man mit kristallklarem Wasser und Karibikfeeling :-) Portocolom ist eine süße kleine Hafenstadt, in der man super Essen gehen kann. Als Rückzugsort und Ausgangspunkt für Strand- und Abendausflüge ist das Haus wirklich toll. Man braucht unbedingt ein Auto, aber dafür ist man eben nicht direkt an den Massentourismus-Hotspots, was in Pandemiezeiten durchaus von Vorteil ist. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern und der Hausverwaltung vor Ort lief ganz reibungslos und freundlich. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Erholsamer Urlauber in einer wunderschönen Gegend
Wir wurden direkt bei unserer Anreise ganz herzlich von Ilona begrüßt und haben eine kurze Einweisung erhalten. Die Villa liegt sehr vorteilhaft, in näherer Umgebung Restaurants und Supermärkte vorhanden, ein Auto ist dennoch empfehlenswert. Die einzelnen Zimmer waren sauber, gemütlich und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Die großzügige Terrasse und Poolbereich sind ebenfalls gut ausgestattet. Es war ein sehr schöner, erholsamer Urlaub in einer wunderschönen Gegend. Vielen Dank an dieser Stelle an Ilona & Team die uns vor Ort rundum gut betreut haben.

Wunderschöne Finca - tolle Gastgeber
Die Zeit in der Finca Murada war die perfekte Entscheidung. In diesen Zeiten zu verreisen haben wir uns auch überlegt - wir arbeiten alle im home office und haben unseren Arbeitsplatz und auch etwas Urlaub einfach verlegt und es war die beste Entscheidung. Die Finca ist einfach großartig! Die Einrichtung und das gesamte Mobiliar ist mit Liebe zum Detail und es fehlt an nichts! Weber-Grill, Induktionsherd, Pool - viele Ecken, in die man sich verziehen kann wenn man sich einmal aus dem Weg gehen will. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern und Ilona vor Ort kann besser nicht sein! Sie war immer erreichbar und hat uns die Zeit umso schöner gemacht, denn wir hatten unsere paar Fragen während unseres Aufenthalts. Einzig was uns im Nachhinein ärgert - wir haben vergessen unseren Eintrag im Gästebuch zu verfassen! Danke für die Auszeit in dieser Zeit - es wurde peinlichst genau au Hygienemaßnahmen geachtet und unsere Bedenken vor der Reise waren unbegründet-wir können es nur jedem empfehlen.
