My stay at Uiara was amazing. There were a lot of activities to engage in, the rooms were nice and the food and drinks were good. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Would stay here again!

Lugar e estrutura sĆ£o maravilhosos. FuncionĆ”rios sĆ£o atenciosos. PorĆ©m, nĆ£o sei se pelo retorno recente as atividades, mas nĆ£o estava em condiƧƵes de receber hĆ³spedes neste momento. O restaurante nĆ£o estava atendendo as novas condiƧƵes para evitar contaminaĆ§Ć£o pelo COVID-19. Alguns funcionĆ”rios sĆ³ passaram a usar mĆ”scaras apĆ³s reclamaĆ§Ć£o. NĆ£o havia orientaĆ§Ć£o para os hĆ³spedes se servirem (self service) com mĆ”scaras. Primeiro dia, havia pessoas em demasia no restaurante, sem controle, depois (da reclamaĆ§Ć£o) passou a limitar a quantidade de pessoas. Uma boa ideia Ć© dividir em turmas com horĆ”rio diferente. Houve demora na reposiĆ§Ć£o de comida e falta de alguns itens como sobremesas e atĆ© itens bĆ”sicos, como manteiga. AlĆ©m disso, se Ć  estadia inclui todas as refeiƧƵes, entĆ£o no mĆ­nimo deve ter incluso uma sobremesa, um lanche na parte da tarde e ainda deveria ter bebedouro com Ć”gua a vontade aos hĆ³spedes e nĆ£o ser obrigado a comprar uma Ć”gua mineral toda que que tiver sede.

O hotel Ć© um projeto interessante, no meio da selva amazĆ“nica, mas com comodidades de hotel urbano. Quartos amplos, ar condicionado congelante (apropriado ao ambiente de muita umidade), bom banheiro e mobiliĆ”rio moderno. A sensaĆ§Ć£o Ć© de estar em um cruzeiro. A Ć”rea de piscina e lazer Ć© muito boa e a pensĆ£o completa bem farta, embora com pouca variedade. O efetivo de funcionĆ”rios me pareceu pequeno, sobrecarregando o trabalho. A equipe Ć© bastante atenciosa e esforƧada, mas com o hotel cheio foi insuficiente.
