The whole hotel was terrific, including the up-to-date spacious room, full satisfying breakfast included and especially that the hot tub and pool were working. Too often these are advertised, but closed. It made my stay awesome!

Food service needs a lot of work. Breakfast omelets were cold. We had to notify staffing of this. Otherwise, Clean big rooms. Lobby was beautifully decorated for Halloween and Fall. Entrance door mats could have been cleaned more regularly Would recommend to others

OUR FIRST ROOM SMELT LIKE CIGARETTES AND HAD A DIRTY REFRIDGERATOR. 2ND ROOM WE FOUND DIRTY/BLOODY UNDERWEAR X 3 PAIRS IN THE DRAWER, BLOODY GAUZE PADS, DIRTY BED SHEET ROLLED UP, AND SOME DRUG MECHANISMS. WHEN I CAME BACK FROM MY SECOND TIME AT THE CHECK IN DESK WE FOUND A NEEDLE SYRINGE COVER IN MY 1 YEAR OLD SONS AND AND OTHER NEEDLE PARTS IN HIS MOUTH. THIS HOTEL SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. DISGUSTING. HAD TO LEAVE WITH MY FAMILY AT 8PM AND HAD TO FIND A NEW HOTEL ROOM. WILL NEVER GO BACK NOR WILL ANY OF MY FAMILY EVER USE A BEST WESTERN HOTEL AGAIN.

Not great. Booked a king bed and they wanted to switch us to a double queen in an upgrade. Cobwebs in room. An odd glossy substance on the head board. Bed not great but the shower had great pressure. Breakfast ok. Parking good.

Comfortable
The staff was friendly and the room was comfortable, however its proximity to the highway meant that I heard the trucks passing. The treadmill in the gym was covered in sweat from a previous user- which really was kind of gross. Otherwise, everything was really good.
