Hotel under renovation. We were not aware of this. Hallways were dirty and beat. Room was in terrible shape. Furniture beat it up. Desk leg wobbly chair back seemed to want to flip you backward. Room was cold. Heat uneven Won’t stay again

Hello Hotels.com my stay was awful, after driving over 7 hours (weather conditions and terrific) from NYC to NH and being exhausted the only thing I wanted was to have a good night sleep so I can recover and recharge to drive back the next morning to NYC. However in the room next to us there was a dog along who barked unstopped well till pass 4-5am; I had to get up at 6am. I didn’t get to sleep, the hotel assistant manager approved a refund for the room. Please refund me back to my account on OneKeyCash. I looked all over the internet to find a Hotels.com customer service number so I can explain the situation but didn’t find any. Please, we the people want to speak to a human. Thank you!

Pile of sawdust on the carpet apparently from the lock being changed. About 20 dirty old mattresses outside the window…not even stacked or in a dumpster. That was the view.

I would have given 5 stars however this hotel was undergoing renovations. The workers never remembered to quit at 6 like the sign said. I had to call down and ask the desk. They switched my room and it was an upgrade from a king room to a suite. However the heating/cooling system control wasn't working. The room was clean however the King room had a more comfortable bed. The queen bed was too firm. Overall it was a good experience.

Kim was a pleasure to check us in for our stay. My girlfriend and I have stayed there a handful of times and this time was a better check in than the night before. The guy at the front desk one night said that he couldn’t check me in until my girlfriend got there because the reservation was under her name but in the past, other people who were working the front desk would check me in when it’s been under her name. Amazing breakfast as always in the morning. Got the perfect room. Can’t wait to see the new updates when renovations are done. 😊

Dumpy hotel under construction
This place was a dump. Very old and outdated and not kept up well. There were a few broken things in our room that we told them about and they didn’t fix. Bathroom sink didn’t drain, lamp didn’t work etc. cobwebs on the ceiling and peeling paint. The hotel is currently under construction and it is VERY loud starting at 8 am every day even weekends. Because of the construction the pool and gym were closed which was the ready. We chose this one. No advance notice about this. Look into the Hampton inn abroad the street.
