My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Dakota Hotel, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The check-in process was smooth and quick, setting the tone for a perfect stay. The room was elegantly decorated, combining modern amenities with a cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view from our window was stunning, offering a picturesque glimpse of the city. The hotel's location was ideal for exploring the city. Incredibly welcoming staff
The staff were so welcoming, helpful and polite. Everyone was smiling. The drinks are great and room service was lovely. My only negative was on eco friendly factors as there's plastic bottles for water and nowhere to recycle them. Other than that, it was great.

My new favourite place to stay in Manchester! Really lovely. So easy for the train station. Immaculate rooms & beautifully stylish well thought out layout. Great shower, big bath. Very very impressed!
