Very Very happy with Hyatt House Manchester!
I stayed at Hyatt house in September, and decided that on my next work trip I would definitely be coming back. Clean, comfortable rooms, good customer service a breakfast to die for andclose proximity to the University as well as restaurants, shops and train station. Im so happy I came back and will be returning again and again as im now coming to Manchester often. Very very happy with this hotel!

Lovely breakfast with different options, food is cooked perfectly well. The room is modern and clean. Gym facility is small but has everything we needed. Parking is not the most convenient but we managed to find a spot where is closer to the hotel and it’s much cheaper! Overall, we had a really good stay! All staff is professional and friendly.

This hotel is fabulous. The location is fantastic for visiting University of Manchester and it is close to shopping and restaurants. The hotel is clean, beautiful, quiet and the staff is welcoming and very helpful. The bar staff was cheerful and helpful and the front desk helped us with taxis within 5-10 minutes several times during our stay. The front desk staff was also very gracious about a slightly delayed check out.

Check in was easy and the staff at the front desk were very pleasant to deal with and the lady actually helped to bring my suitcase to my room without my asking. They were very accommodating when I asked for a higher floor with a city view. Excellent views of the City. The room was a studio room and it was very spacious and the king size bed was very comfy. The breakfast was excellent! I would have given a five star review in all categories except that the shower was not draining properly and the water was pooling around my ankles and , of course. I then ended up with the water running out on the floor when I opened the shower door. I did call housekeeping and they came and cleaned the floor and also sent maintenance to fix the drainage problem. I would definitely stay here again.
