I had an amazing stay. The room was immaculate and comfortable. The staff provided lovely service. The hotel’s central location made it easy to explore the city with a 15 min walk to Picadilly station while still offering a peaceful retreat. I highly recommend

The property and staff were excellent. We had a bit of a rough start before I arrived with payment which was computer related not any persons fault. However Jess Eayres worked extremely fast to get the problem solved and upgraded me for the inconvenience which more than made up for the issue, she was very pleasant and polite and the upgrade and the way staff treated me was great. Jasmine who I also spoke to when reaching out about the issue was also great as well when I checked out! Big shout out to the team as it really was a great stay!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was big and well laid out. Bathroom was clean and the shower was lovely. Food was delicious. Shame that breakfast isnt included.
