Great Stay!
This was a great stay, a fantastic location, and a great house. Our family ages birth to six had a wonderful time. The house is spacious maintained and guest friendly. I would highly recommend to any family.

A great football weekend in Manhappiness.
Visited for a football weekend with friends. This property is so cute! As cute as advertised with some fun bonuses. Very clean. Great location. Host was very easy to work with. We will be back for sure!

Perfect for our visit to Manhattan
My husband, parents, and I visited my son (student at KSU) and this property provided all the amenities necessary for our visit. The location was perfect with only being four minutes from my son's apartment. Loved many of the offerings the property offered including complimentary tea varieties, condiments, and local coffee.

very comfortable for large group.
This felt like home. We had a group of five adults visiting family in Manahattan that live in a retirement home. We had plenty of room for everyone and even had the family over for dinner and had everything we needed. Will be back in Manhattan to see family on a regular basis and will rent this home again.

Awesome rental!

Absolutely Delightful
This home exceeded our expectations when we stayed for a long weekend. Warm & comfortable it offered us everything we needed for our visit in Manhattan. The owner was super to communicate with. The house was very clean and had thoughtful touches throughout. The beds were comfortable, and the shower in the master suite was perfect. The home is in a quiet neighborhood on a large lot; we saw deer out in the yard one of the mornings. We look forward to booking this home for our future visits to K State.

If you are looking for a place to stay, this is the place. It was everything advertised and so much more. Quaint quiet neighborhood, close to everything you needed, couldn't have asked for more. We will definitely stay here again. Fantastic host and property. Highly recommend.

Great place for family
Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed for making Christmas dinner. Lots of TVs which everyone appreciated. House was very clean. House is outside of city limits but everything in Manhattan is within 10-15 minutes. Very convenient to the stadium if you are coming for a game. Easy walk to the KSU research farms to see some cute animals.

The Most Comfortable Retreat

This house was amazing. I would stay here again and again and again. Was in town for my sons wedding and to see some friends. House had everything we needed from cooking to sleeping to even being able to do a load of laundry the night before leaving. Played horse and pig with the basketball hoop in the driveway and balls at the house. There was so much space for relaxing from the front porch to the big deck and enclosed room in the back. Plenty of space in the indoor rooms and couches. Comfortable beds with clean sheets and blankets. No complaints.
