It’s a nice hotel. The problems were the fan in cr was not working and they were unable to fix it. The elevators were unreliable. The key fob inside the elevators were not reliable, twice the elevator took me to the top floor without stopping. The internet inside the room was horrible.

Friendly staff, clean facilities, excellent rooms and a delicious breakfast buffet with a large variety of food to choose from. Best damn coffee ever as well. I drink it black, but it comes out with a bit of froth and it’s just the right temperature to start enjoying right away.

Great hotel. Some staff are unfriendly and snob especially at the front desk. During my stay, there was an event going on. Mind you, I'm on 12th floor and I could hear the noise all the way up there. I investigate and called the front desk and all they told me was someone above me was also complaining. So what does that mean for me. The cafe downstairs are inconsistent with their drinks. Staff are unapologetic. The only thing I like was the free shuttle service but slow at times. I also love the spa & salon, they are wonderful. Up to now, even I am no longer check in, I still go back for the spa and salon services

The hotel is okay, we have a good room but the beddings and towels were not in good condition. The towels smell and they all turned grayish in color from its previous white color. Staff is friendly, not all. Housekeeping didn’t come to your room until very late in the afternoon or they don’t come until you ask them to. Other guests are so noisy, running around and shouting in the corridor.

Safe and clean, except SAT & SUN my stays Lift was super busy in the afternoon 4th Lift was out of order, I was forced to use the stairs which needs cleaning and smells, the ground floor by the fire exit was full of trash unsafe if there’s a real emergency occurred anytime.

Water in the bathroom was a nightmare. No hot water. There’s some lukewarm water at best and there’s a couple of times we had some warmer water in the shower but the pressure was too weak. Water in the rain shower was a trickle. It was so annoying when you’re trying to rinse off. I ended up squatting at the faucet water. We called for these to be addressed, 3 times the maintenance came and didn’t really helped the situation so we were moved 2 times. We appreciate the room upgrade but it didn’t really made our stay as comfortable cause we’re sponge bathing the whole time. Hot water shower should be basic feature in any hotel. Gym was so-so. Pros: Staff were all awesome, WiFi is ok but spotty. Bed was awesome very comfortable. Walking distance to Westgate where you can find great restaurants in this area. Like Cafe Breton, Alba, Wildflour and melo’s. There’s also a supermarket nearby. But I wouldn’t recommend this hotel in the area. Due to the issue with the water. Manila is hot and humid so we take a shower 2-3 times a day. And it’s not fun not been able to do that as often as we would love to cause of the water pressure and the cold water. We stayed in Crimson Hotel prior to this and we had better experience there with the same price point.
