My concern is the elevator. It close really fast and hit our body trying to hold to keep it open for our elderly to come in.

3rd time is a charm.
It was very noisy on the 12th floor, someone was banging repeatedly on the walls late in the afternoon and early in the morning. The glass windows viewing the downtown sections were all dirty and hard to see out of.

King size bed should comes with king size pillow too. Cant change the temperature. Limited amount of toilet paper inside the room. But the staff are very friendly.
