The rooms have a microwave oven. Transport is generally easy. Wifi can sometimes be unreliable, especially during "peak usage" times. Not necessarily good for those who need to conduct some business online

Stayed here previously (pn at least 3 occasions). Convenient for those who need to be close to the airport or the Mall of Asia. Easily accessible by public transport. Rooms facing the road can be noisy early in the morning and at night. Check in and check out process may take longer than usual.

A bit outdated. This location is a prime spot. Its 10mins walk to MOA, Jollibee is next door, and the value for the price cant be beat. I will definitely book here again.

This is a two star, not a 3 or 4 star hotel, whatever is advertised. The wallpaper in the room was warped, the shower needs to be regrouted. The staff are really really nice people, they work in these conditions and what can they do?

The stay was fine, but the smell was awful. The room was fine, but it stopped looking like the pictures on the site about 10 years ago. There is hot water, the staff is great, I'll definitely stay here again, but I've gotta be honest, its a little pricey for what you get now.

A pleasant stay, with room for improvement
Spacious rooms with mini fridge, microwave, cable TV. The beds were soft and comfortable. The A/C was okay. The location is very accessible to the Mall of Asia, SMX convention center, Ikea, and other areas of interest. There is a Jollibee and a 7-Eleven right beside the hotel. The breakfast buffet is good enough, though with limited options. The staff were courteous throughout our stay. Room for improvement --- 1. The check-in process could be made a lot quicker; it took us around 45 minutes to check-in and I don't know why. 2. There's a weird smell emanating from the pipes & in the hallways (we stayed at the 5th floor), but you get used to it after a while. 3. The wifi connection in the room was not good; it was very slow if at all available. Over-all a pleasant stay.
