The facility is old, the wallpapers are peeling off, and the smell of the place is musky. Our AC stopped working in the middle of the night as well as of our guests. Aside from it being so close to the Mall of Asia, the only positive are the staff. They're very helpful and polite.

Room had a weird smell. Aircon was loud and mouldy. Jacuzzi/outdoor hot tub barely warm. Water pressure in room shower was weak. Room sink had no hot water. Aside from that, it’s still the best hotel for its price near mall of Asia. Staff were kind and helpful.

Hot water issues shower not to clean this time around. But location, walking distance to MOA makes it excellent and will stay again as long as the price is low. I wanted to stay longer and they doubled my rate. I understand it’s the weekend but no problemI transferred down the street.

We requested a change of room because the 1st one has clogged sink and the air conditioning is defective. The 2nd room is way better than the first. The buffet breakfast is not worth the price of 450php if that is what’s added to our room rate. I can’t compliment any of the dish served.😞
