The customer service was superior. I especially enjoyed the greetings from each of your employees while moving about the hotel. Earl at the checkin desk was our first person who assisted us upon his arrival. He answered all our questions. As a returning guest (it had been a few years since our last trip) - we remembered why we always come back!
