Two lizards, lots of cockroaches inside of the rooms. No hot water and the staff didn't change my towels half the time i was there. Didn't clean the room properly. Toothpaste still in the sinks, residue on the floors in the restrooms. My sink had a major leakage in the back the maintenance guy wanted to fix it the next day but i kept complaining until he came back. When they switched me into another room, it was worse. Im NEVER going there again.

Aircon problems and overnight parking charges
This condo has been around for more than 2 decades. The room we stayed in (room 1702) was clean, relatively well maintained, except for their air conditioning unit (old Carrier split type) which was constantly leaking water which soaked the wooden floor wet. The only consolation is that the aircon was located above the laundry drier area (or hidden mini balcony) door. Another issue we had is the per night parking charge of p300. It was great they had parking slot for guests with cars but I though their parking charge fee was over the top.

The staff are very friendly. The pool is not long enough to swim laps, just nice enough for children to swim in. The gym is just a room with dumbbells, an elliptical trainer and a stationary bike that’s over 20 years old. No air conditioning in the exercise room, just a fan and open window.The rooms do need renovation but the location makes up for the outdated rooms. This hotel is right next to Green Belt 5, which has many fine restaurants, coffee/dessert and places to shop. Glorietta Mall is a short walk away. The room I was in was clean and the air conditioner worked fine. I would recommend this place.

This property looks haunted. The rooms are worst! Air conditioner are too old and not working. False advertisement. The photos looks good but in reality it’s worst. I just don’t like the way they did it to me. Transferring one room to another because everything is malfunctioning. I even want to transfer to a better hotel. They didn’t even give any inconvenience compensation very sad.

Great location and friendly service. The hotel is dated and needs upgrading. I have stayed there previously and did not have the problem I encountered on this recent trip. The master bedroom bathroom had an bad smell that housekeeping could not get rid of. It was likely coming up through the drainage.
