A budget hotel with small but clean rooms with air conditioning and lcd tv with a reasonable selection of channels a bar fridge, a safe and the staff and security are very friendly. However they do not provide free bottled water

Very good location in Manila’s Chinatown. I was there to take care of Philippine visa issues and the Bureau of Immigration is walking distance. Rooms are a bit on the small side and amenities are a bit sparse but the price and location more than make up for that.

I have stayed here multiple times with zero complaints. Never again will I stay here. ROACHES LIKE A SLUM. I complained and was told they would treat. Not sure if they did but roaches didn't go away. Every time I have stayed there has been TV outages and this time the same. Employees in the past were great but this time many grumpy employees. Our last full day we hung sign on door early morning to clean our room. They never did. In fact it seemed we were the only ones left on floor 5. Perhaps Floor 5 was fully roach infested. My Fiancee and I were appalled at this entire week trip.
