I booked two rooms, after I booked online, i called up the reservation in 5 days in advance to request for a adjacent room, reservation staff told me they can’t make any requests, it should be on the day of check in. The day I’m scheduled for our check in, the front desk told me they don’t have available adjacent room( i knew beforehand this will happen) that’s why i called up 5 days earlier after i booked to make sure the adjacent room. It’s very disappointing.. not gonna stay here in Seda again. Poor service!!!

My family and I have stayed at Seda Hotel Vertis North each year since 2019 (except 2020 and 2021 during the Covid-19 pandemic) and have noticed a few issues that needs to be addressed regarding the constant tear and wear of some rooms. Otherwise, we are very satisfied with the property, its location and most of all, all of their staff.

Was looking for a hotel in Quezon City and this was perfect!…Near the malls and restaurants so it was very convenient for me….Initially I booked a room for 5 nights, but because of bad weather,I extended my stay an additional day….i liked everything about this hotel: Location, the friendliness of the hotel staff, the cozy rooms & bed…Will definitely return here in the near future!…Highly recommend!
