Fall hockey stop
We came for a couple of hockey games and loved staying at this beautiful, cozy farmhouse. The hosts were welcoming and communicative, including recommending local restaurants. The beds are so soft and Lisa’s decorating makes you feel right at home. We had gorgeous fall weather so we spent a lot of time out on the deck with our morning coffee. The kitchen had what we needed and our hosts even left some welcoming snacks and great coffee. It is peaceful and quiet, yet only 15 minutes from downtown. We loved it!!!

Deer Farm
Arriving around dusk, I have never seen so many deer in the fields along the road. Cautious driving but so cool. The Farm was very welcoming and quiet. We relaxed with coffee on the large deck in the morning having slept well in cozy, comfortable beds.

Chill country house, close to town
Very relaxed place for the guys to hang and talk smart before a concert in Mankato. Just 10 minutes from town makes going to events or restaurants easy to do. Lots of room to spread out. Clean, quiet, and great AC on a hot weekend too.

Great place to escape
The host was great. She was super helpful when ever we had questions and was whiling to be flexible with the timing of our check-in and stay. The only improvements that would make this property an absolute must are the check-in process and the bugs/mosquitoes. It would have been nice to have received check-in instructions prior to arriving and what needs to be done for check-out. As previously mentioned the host was super responsive when we had questions, so it wasn't a huge issue. When we tried to play outside we couldn't be out for more than a couple minutes before being swarmed with bugs and mosquitos. This prevented us from being able to utilize the patio with the amazing views.

Mud Run Girls Weekend
Beautiful home in a private country location. We came for a mud run with 5 people and the house perfectly fit our needs. Very clean, beds and bedding were super comfortable. We enjoyed coffee on the deck while seeing deer in the fields. Kitchen accommodations allowed us to cook our own meals easily. Highly recommend for a relaxing country getaway.

Great stay!
We had a quick overnight to Minnesota for some time with friends and a ride on the Sakatah trail. Everything was in order when we arrived and we enjoyed our stay at the super quiet house! It was well equipped with everything from nice bath towels to Starbucks coffee!!

Fun Family Weekend
Perfect setting for some time with family! We had hours of cards and games on the big dining table, along with good food cooked in a well-stocked kitchen. Every room is comfortable and cozy, with beautiful views of the river and lots of turkeys and deer to watch from the deck.
