What an unexpected treasure this home is. Newly remodeled, this home boasts vaulted ceilings, a huge brick fireplace, and fantastic ocean views from the spacious deck. Floor-to-ceiling windows give way to bright natural light that fills the space.

The main floor has all guests could want. Keep warm by the fireplace, stretch out on the sofa, or play a game of foosball. Proceed to the lower floor and find another living area, full kitchen, and more bedrooms. The dreamy backyard patio even has its very own babbling brook that runs through it.

Amazing house and location

Beautiful, private location
This house was a great fit for our extended family beach trip! Walking distance from a beautiful beach that wasn't crowded at all and close to multiple cute beach towns. The house had a good layout, the only reason I'm giving a 4 on cleanliness is the need for renovations throughout the house made it feel like it needs a good scrub down.

Comfortable Ocean Views
Our large family had a wonderful time staying here. The majority of the home is dated like other comments say, but it was clean and comfortable. The shower downstairs only ever had about 5 minutes worth of hot water at a time, so we just showered upstairs instead. The yard was so cute, and a joy to spend time in. No complaints about the home itself, but the Internet didn't work the entire 8 day stay. We let the Vacasa property management know on day 2, but after confirming it was a service provider problem and not a hardware issue, they never had anyone out to fix it. We had multiple people who were unable to work remotely as planned because of it.

Perfect Manzanita rental
We had a family reunion for my husband’s birthday celebration and this was a perfect rental for our family of 20. There is plenty of sleeping, playing, relaxing and eating room. Beach access is a couple of blocks away and ocean view from the deck and upstairs windows. Downtown is close by. Comfortable beds. Clean. Well stocked. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Mothers Day
It was a wonderful weekend. Lots of extras in the house amenities board games, movies, extra towels. Has a great view of the ocean from the front deck. Has a beautiful back yard with a stream and a bridge going over it. The house is older but very charming. The only complaints were it doesn’t have AC and it was one of the very few hot weekends on the Oregon coast. There were also ants in the kitchen upon the arrival but someone had left an open bag of sugar in the cupboard. Other than that it was a great weekend the house was very spacious and fit all 16 of us comfortably.

Wow! Amazing location!
What a great place! Gorgeous backyard with a stream running through it. Three houses from the beach and amazing views. This is an older beach house, so it had a few quirks, but…..it’s an older beach house! You have to expect that. So much room to spread out, well equipped kitchens (yes - one up and one down), lots of seating areas inside and out, toys, scooters, beach misc, games! We will be back for sure!!

Great location, clean and well-maintained house for a big family gathering
The house is clean and well-maintained. There are lots of rooms and beds to accomodate a big family/group. The beach is just few minutes walk and we had a great time playing on the beach, flying kite and throwing pebbles on the stream. It’s a great property and we’ll come back again!

We had a great time at this house. The main floor is open with an updated kitchen. The downstairs had additional room with a TV and foosball table to entertain the kids. The bedrooms are more dated than the kitchen and main room and it was a little disappointing to not have TVs with roku/fire remotes. Location is spot on.

This property worked perfectly for us; we had nine women in our group which meant that everyone had their own bed. The dining table was a great place to gather for meals and then head to the living room afterwards for more conversation and fantastic views.

Great beach house for families
Love the location, as it is very close to the beach. The house is large and provided plenty of room for our party of 16. The bathrooms are a bit dated, but everything worked well and was clean. We would love to stay here again.

Loved our mini reunion in the big home with lots of space. Love the 4 houses up hillside location giving us a view up and over with a peak at the sand and lots of ocean. Great dining table with lots of chairs along with the newer deck and open kitchen.

Perfect House for Family Reunion
Treasure Rock House was a perfect home for our multi day, family reunion. We had more than enough room for 14 to sleep comfortably and for 20+ to use as a base for meals, visiting, and beach fun. A great, open living and dining room and a separate downstairs game area and den allowed us to spread out when we needed and all come together for meals. Easy access to beach, tons of towels and toys provided. Fabulous views of the ocean from in the house and on the decks. Close to good food stores and other shopping - but not too close. Our family especially enjoyed that this is not a newer, sparkly, high end home. Rather, it is a very cozy, comfy, everyday kind of house.
