Gulf views w/scenic elevated sundeck, heated shared pool, boat dock availability

Enjoy Four (4) separate levels of outdoor privacy. All levels include comfort seating/lounging, and shade/cover for various weather conditions. Outdoor dining available on two separate levels. Panoramic gulf views from the elevated (35foot) rooftop deck provides great relaxation, and large enough (700sq ft.) for entertainment anytime day or night. Seating/chaise lounges under permanent shade sail, rolling umbrella, and outdoor shower are also located on rooftop deck for sunny days.

Covered Ground level provides an electrified lighted tiki bar with fridge, bar stools, shaded porch seat swing, dining table for six (6), weber grill and parking for up two vehicles. Beach chairs, floats, fishing poles, deep freezer, and two (2) multi-speed bicycles are also located on this level. All just steps away from the heated gulf side pool and the dock pier which offers great fishing day or night.

Dockage for up to (1) 25ft boat available with pre booking required. Slip will be assigned with usage instructions. Trailer space is first come additional parking across the street at Boat house marina for a fee. Public boat ramp is within a quarter mile.

Rest in one of the three bedroom w/ three bathrooms. Master boast a 46-inch TV, king size bed, en suite bath w/jet tub, walk in closet and private balcony w/hammock. Second bedroom has queen size bed, 32 inch tv and en suite bath. Third bedroom as 2 twin trundle beds (sleeps 4) third bath with standup shower. The open-concept living/dining room, allows enough room for you and your guests to enjoy privacy or gatherings. Cable television, wireless internet throughout with flat screen (smart) televisions in each bedroom, living room and ground level. The full kitchen is equipped with stainless appliances, coffee grinder/maker, Keurig and granite countertops.

La Girls Trip

A week in paradise!
Property had a perfect location for us. Marathon is a great central spot to stay whioe exoloring all the keys have to offer! We loved that the pool was partially shaded throughout most of the day and the gulf waters at the boat dock were full of life! Morning coffee sitting out there on the dock was tranquil and serene. The rooftop sun deck was so nice. The kids loved showering off up there after the pool and beach. And the lower veranda with the tiki bar and bbq was a fun bonus too! Would definitely stay here again

Restful Retreat
My husband and I had a long-needed vacation at this wonderful location. The location is very convenient to shopping, dining and the sites. The house is filled with many thoughtful amenities like sun shades, bar on bottom level, shower on the top deck, hammock chairs. I could go on and on. The neighborhood is also very well maintained. The pool was always crystal clear and the oceanside area clean and inviting. We can't wait to come back.

This place was an excellent value for the price…everything you need including a nice little pool and fishing pier where my spouse was happy to catch some snapper. Napped on the hammock balcony and nice sunset view up top. Plenty of towels and supplies, cute tasteful decor, gated community. We loved it!

Other than the initial plumbing issues with 2 of the toilets, that were seen to quickly and both working by Monday afternoon, all was great!! Really appreciated all the amenities - washer/dryer, all the cleaning products, lots of linens, comfortable beds/pillows, hammocks, sunshades, grill, snorkel gear (although we didn’t use), 2 bikes, lots of TV options, everything needed to cook (although some more silverware would be ideal, we like to eat, LOL), a working ice maker in the fridge was perfect, so much good to say about this unless you aren’t a fan of stairs - it took me all week to say “going upstairs to kitchen or downstairs to bedroom” 😂, love the easy keypad to enter. Would definitely stay here again.

First of all-The property is almost exactly what we expected based on the pictures. The only thing that was not clear is that this property is not one of the two that the pool sits between. Otherwise, we were very pleased with it and it offers a ton of outdoor space. Everything was very clean. Access to the cabana club is a huge positive. I do not have such positive things to say about the management company. I emailed them three times in the week leading up to our stay and just today I got an apology that they did not respond to these messages (weeks after our stay). We did use the text message option once somewhere there and heard from them within about 30 minutes. I was incredibly disappointed with multiple messages just being ignored. Additionally, many household necessities are just provided as a starter amount so be prepared to buy your own toilet paper, paper towel, and laundry detergent.

Wonderful key’s vacation
This is a lovely, well appointed and nicely decorated home in a great central location in Marathon. Several different outdoor living spaces make for easily spreading out in the sun or the shade. Lots of sleeping space for the family or friends with comfy beds. Minutes to grocery store, liquor store, shopping and the nicest beach in the keys!! Very enjoyable stay!

The house was what we needed as far as sleeping arrangements and access to activities. We enjoyed watching the sunsets from the rooftop deck! The access to the Cabana Club is a BIG perk associated with this property. It made for a great and relaxing family vacation.
