This beautiful condo is located in the quiet and desirable Coco Plum neighborhood. Located on the ground floor, you will find an inviting bedroom featuring a queen bed and a full bathroom upon entering the premises. The living area has with smart TV, nap-worthy queen sofa-bed, countertop with two stools and well-appointed kitchen. Enjoy your preferred drinks on the outdoor seating area or lounge together in the A/C after a day at the beach or discovering the many attractions in the Florida Keys.
The condo boasts amenities like laundry, iron/iron board, air dryer and beach towels. Shampoo, conditioner and soap are available for the guests as well as laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, and trash bags. It has a regular coffee maker and it also another one compatible with K-Cup pods, which can be also used with your own ground coffee with the included reusable pod.
The building complex has a pool (heated during winter and chilled during the summer) and a nice outdoor sitting area on the waterfront.
The condo does have boat/trailer parking, boat ramp and slip available upon an extra fee and advance reservation. There are also fish cleaning station, water hook ups, and shore power. More details about how to access the boat ramp, boat ramp size, boat slip size, channel depth and any other boat required information will be shared upon boat slip reservation.
Please note that all vehicles and boat/trailers must display proper parking permit to utilize the premises, which will be shared few days prior to check in. They also must be lawfully registered with visible and valid tags.
Pets under 20 lbs are allowed per HOA Guidelines.

City of Marathon requires a minimum rental of 7 nights and maximum occupancy of 4 guests. No exceptions!
Monroe County Tourist Development Tax of 5% is collected on this booking and host is responsible of remitting the taxes to the county.
