With its privileged location, you will be a few minutes from the most recognized coastal path in Marbella that will take you directly to the famous Puerto Banús in just 15 minutes on foot. There, you can find the emblematic Puerto Deportivo and a large number of luxury stores, such as Tom Ford, Dior, Hermes, Rolex and Bulgari, among others.

If you're in the mood for exquisite international cuisine, a few minutes' walk away you'll find a wide variety of restaurants such as Bao Graden, where you can enjoy a fusion of Thai and Hawaiian food, as well as a great selection of cocktails. Or if you prefer Indian food, you cannot miss the Taj Mahal Marbella. Other outstanding restaurants in the area are La Campana, which offers an interesting fusion between Italian and Scandinavian cuisine, and Tragabuche, a renowned restaurant by famous chef Dani García.

The dining room has a magnificent table for 6 people to enjoy your lunches and dinners. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes, including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, stovetop, refrigerator, washing machine, toasters, coffee makers, kettle, and various kitchen utensils.

The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed, a lovely balcony, a spacious closet and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub to relax in after a long day. The second bedroom is equipped with a trundle bed that converts into two singles and the third bedroom with two single beds. The second bathroom is also equipped with a bathtub.

The roof terrace is the perfect place to soak up the sun and enjoy the stunning views of La Concha Mountain from the hammocks. There is also a smoke detector, a decibel detector and a crowd detector.

The garden has a dining table for 8 people, making it the perfect place to enjoy al fresco lunches and dinners with friends and family.
