There was no information in the room regarding hotel facilities or about the area. There was no information on how to operate coffee machine, air conditioning, TV or phone. There were no English Breakfast or Infusion teabags. Also no milk in fridge only cream. Although we asked for some of these, it was never provided. The swimming pool area was disappointing. Limited sunbeds, which were not comfortable, and no sunshades. Small narrow terrace area with sunbeds facing toilets and lift.

Only a couple of negative points- the breakfast although not run by the Lima staff was extremely disappointing as very self service and coffee from a machine. Also would have been great to be able to have coffee from the bar on the roof. Superb staff, very friendly and helpful. Hotel very clean

The property is located close to dining options and walkable. The problem is that their windows don't have sound proof panes and it's noisy until late (2-3am). It was clean and staff was friendly.

Hotel Lima is very central. Lots of varied places to dine very close by. The beach is less then 5 mins gentle walk. Rooms a very clean and good amenities. Staff are all very friendly and willing to help. Breakfast is a good choice of continental and freshly cooked hot breakfast. There is a great roof top pool with a bar
