We love staying at Carter Creek Resort. This was our 4th visit. We are disappointed in the menu change at the restaurant. The menu and food was always so good. The limited menu leaves few choices and the burger we purchased was over cooked and the bun burned. 😞. It would be great to have a cart station where they are more accessible to some of the villas that are not close to the office. It was difficult to control our AC in 1403. Ran either too hot or too cold. We will be back though. Thank you

It seems no one cleaned the room we stayed for quite some time as there were dusts everywhere. The room smelled musky and molded from the AC unit. The property was ok and the live music was good, but the check in staff was no where to be when we tried to check-in and was not friendly. Overall, very disappointed with the experience and will not come back again.

The staff were very friendly, even at 11:30pm when we arrived. The rooms were very clean and spacious and for the price it was pretty unbeatable. The free Texas shaped waffles didn’t hurt either.

This was an amazing place! The grounds were beautiful and the room was spacious and comfortable. We had a concert experience on the beautiful green space. My only complaint was no maid service and no tradition breakfast without driving into town. I would defintely go back! Great for events or entertaining as well!
