Villino Le Sughere is a small complex of seven nice apartments, situated in the countryside. The comfortable apartments have been recently renovated and they are surrounded by the beautiful and quiet green nature; all of them have a nice view on the quiet Elba’s country. The position is ideal for reaching the towns of Procchio and Marina di Campo; nearby at about 1,3 km from the property, there are the sandy and long beaches of Procchio, Campo all’Aia and Spartaia.
Each apartment has its private outside equipped area and the parking place is inside the property.
The two-bedroom apartment Lentisco, of about 60 sqm, is for 4/6 persons: it has an independent entrance, at the upper floor of the building, reachable on foot with a paved path. It is composed of an ample living room with kitchenette and TV; a bedroom with double bed and bunk bed; a bedroom with two single beds; a bathroom with shower. Outside, the apartment has a porch and a large space with small gazebo, table and marble benches, chairs and one sunchair. Furthermore it has a large terrace on the other side of the house. The furniture is modern, functioning and comfortable. The private uncovered parking place is nearby, at about 100 mt.

Arrivals: Check-in 16:00 - 19:30. Departures: check-out within 9:00. Final cleanings and utilities: € 100,00 (mandatory – to pay in office at arrival). Bed linen and towels: to bring or to rent at € 20.00 per person per week (to pay and pick up in office at arrival). Pets: allowed only on request with a supplement of € 70.00 per stay (max. 1 pet). Deposit: € 100.00 (to deposit at arrival). Check-in supplement: in case of arrival after 20:00 supplement of € 20.00 (to pay in office at arrival).
