Positives: Less expensive than other hotels in the area, very clean, beautiful ocean view rooms, valet parking included, extremely friendly and helpful staff, easily walkable to shops and restaurants, kitchenette in the room. Negatives: Needs some updating (but at half the cost of other hotels nearby, I'm not complaining), pool area was kind of small (but it wasn't busy when we were there, so that wasn't an issue), it's not right on the beach, but a short walk through another hotel property. Again, not really an issue unless you prefer to be able to step right out of your hotel and onto the beach. We would absolutely stay here again!

This resort has a beautiful location on the beach; our room was large and had a magnificent ocean view, but the property is showing its age and could use a refresh. It also has no coffee shop or restaurant on site.

The property is small, quiet and has a good location to restaurants on south end of the island. The elevators are being replaced so they took sometime to get. It was perfect for our short stay at the beach.

I was skeptical because of the bad reviews. But our stay was phenomenal. The staff was friendly and attentive, the room was clean and ready for us, and the view was incredible. The only thing that didn’t make our stay perfect was that the jacuzzi was not heating, besides that, everything else was great.

This property was fine overall. There were a couple of things in our room that were broken and the beach towels were old and frayed. The bath mats were horrible. Plain towel-like bath mats are much better and not as slippery. One elevator did not work during part of our stay so the other elevator was crowded and slow. The employees at the check-in desk didn’t seem to know much about the area and, therefore, were not helpful when we asked questions.

You cannot beat this location for access to the beach. Our room was clean and there was a ton of towels available, so many that we left most untouched. We arrived late, and there was a friendly gentleman in the lobby waiting for us, but no other staff. He pointed us on our way. The parking was a little confusing because we could not find the entrance into the building to get to the elevator, but once we figured it out the first time, that’s it, parking was great because we were on the same floor as our room. We will definitely be back. It was like living in a luxury home even though it was only one bedroom for a few days. Excellent, excellent property.
