I could not stay because they did not accept pets. I searched for pet friendly accommodation, this facility came up. So I booked and paid for the room. When I got there they told be that they didn’t accept pets.

All the wall sockets in both bedrooms and the kitchen exhaust fan just didn't work. It was a massive inconvenience because the fire alarm just kept going off from the cooking and everyone had to charge their equipment in the living room. I let management know but unfortunately the issue did not get fixed for the duration of our stay. The staff were really friendly but I don't think they could fix the issue. It's a shame because everything else was fine but the rooms were disappointing.
