Enjoy the convenience of on-site parking and complimentary Wi-Fi. Relax and unwind in front of the Smart TV, featuring Netflix and other free-to-air apps, while the air conditioning keeps you cool and comfortable or warm and cosy as required. EV charging available by arrangement.
Enjoy a super comfortable queen bed and luxury linen, a choice of pillows and an abundance of towels.
Step outside to the alfresco dining area, complete with a BBQ and induction cooktop, and all the necessary utensils for a delightful outdoor dining experience. Please note, the plunge pool may not be heated during the winter months. Get in some putting practice before your game at the stunning Margaret River Golf Club. Private and good location
John made us feel very welcome. His dog Gianni was a delight. The property was about a 15-20 minute walk from the town centre and located in a very quiet and peaceful area. Very central to the wine region. John and his family were on hand when required and respected our privacy. Thank you for your hospitality!

We were abit unsure on privacy once we arrived, but after we met John and he showed us around, he gave us plenty of space and we felt so comfortable and at home. Lovely soft bed, aircon, coffee maker, beautiful pool and grass area. Wonderful stay, cheers John!

Stayed there for 3 nights, the accommodation was clean, comfortable, and full of little details that made our stay ten times better. Nice location, close to wineries, restaurants, and walks. My Hisband and myself had a great time, when we first booked the property the photos didn’t actually show it was apart of someone’s property so that was a bit of a surprise for us as we expected a private getaway for our honeymoon the place was lovely and clean host was helpful on where the best places where to go but just wasn’t private

The property whilst small appears really spacious because of the outside space. The pool was great as the weather was really hot. The studio was spotlessly clean and is tastefully furnished, I would love to stop here if we visit the area again. Finally John is great host, really helpful.
