Gorgeous bedrooms. Generous open plan living dining kitchen area, with 47" 4K Smart TV leading to trifold doors opening onto self contained, fully fenced south facing garden. Kitchen: With oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine.

The house is located in a residential area which is a Conservation Zone in Cliftonville. Two small quiet streets to cross on a 200 yard, step free, journey and you at at the beach. Turn left and 800 yards later you are by the Tuner Gallery and in vibrant Margate Old Town. Turn right and in 400 yards you are at Walpole pool offering the opportunity to swim even at low tide... If you keep walking east, you start coming to the quieter bays.

A few minutes' drive or a 15-minute walk will take you into the heart of the buzzing and creative coastal hub of Margate, with independent shops, cafés and restaurants to be explored and sampled, as well as art galleries and music venues. For those arriving by car, on street parking is free of charge outside of the house, whilst if you are jumping on the train, Margate station lies just a 5-minute taxi ride away with high-speed trains taking you into London in less than an hour and a half.
