Former home winemaker of the 18th being in a nice little wine village while circulade opposite the Chateau 13th century between BĆ©ziers and SĆØte, 10 minutes from Pezenas. A half hour of Cap d'Agde, Lake Salagou or foot of the Cevennes, will toggle between land and sea.
The ideal 200m2 house with family and friends up to 9 people including 4 bedrooms (2 beds 180, 1 bed of 160 and 3 beds of 90), a bathroom with walk-in shower, a bathroom bathroom with corner bath, 2 toilets, a large kitchen of 45 m2 equipped (appliances, dishes, oven, hob, extractor, dishwasher, fridge freezeur, washing machine ...) and a beautiful living room of 60 m2 with fireplace and pool table 7 foot. You can also take advantage of a superb view of the Castle from the terrace.
Linen and towels provided - beds made on arrival.
Pets accepted under certain conditions
Rental weekend or week only.

A wonderful huge property, extremely well equipped including a pool table. The house manager met us (as arranged) and guided up through the facilities of the house. The village of Margon does not have any shops though there are lots at both Pouxelles and Roujon each just 2km away. Margon does have an excellent restaurant. It is also perfectly placed to enjoy lakes and mountains and the coast. Finaly it is only a short drive to the medeival cities of Beziers and Carcassonne.

Il Ć©tait une fois une maison dans le village de Margon qui sur photo Ć©tait vraiment bien mais sur photo uniquement! Arrivant sur place personne pour nous accueillir nous devont faire une chasse au trĆ©sor pour trouver la clĆ©, une fois celle-ci trouvĆ©e nous ouvrons la porte et dĆ©couvrons une cuisine avec un escalier dans le fond et une porte sur la droite qu'elle ne fut pas notre surprise de dĆ©couvrir que la maison est sur plusieurs niveaux! 2 chambres au premier Ć©tage avec le salon et 2 chambres au rez de chaussĆ©e avec la cuisine. Continuons la dĆ©couverte de cette maison particuliĆØre. Terrasse se trouvant au 2ĆØme Ć©tage et Ć©troit ( pratique pour faire barbecue ou mĆŖme dĆ©tente???) Terrasse ne servant Ć  rien pour ma part. AprĆØs les efforts prenons une douche au rez de chaussĆ©e douche italienne trĆØs bien et ben non, galet qui parte douche bouchĆ©e se retrouvant avec de l'eau partout dans la salle de bain! Les toilettes (2) ne se remplisse pas vite du coup pas moyen d'y aller un a la suite de l'autre pratique pour un gĆ®te 9 personnes šŸ¤”. Heureusement la douche du 1er fonctionne ( pas utiliser la baignoire). AprĆØs tout ces efforts peu de dĆ©tente et connection au wifi aprĆØs une nouvelle chasse au trĆ©sor un trĆØs long moment je dĆ©couvre qu'en faite le code n'est pas celui de la box mais bien d'un cpl cachĆ© sur un multiprise non branchĆ©. Connexion faite ouf tout va bien parce que cest le seul moyen de communication dans le gĆ®te pas de rĆ©seau tĆ©lĆ©phonique. Le billard top quand mĆŖme.

Nous avons passĆ© une superbe semaine, jolie maison, rĆ©novĆ©e avec beaucoup de goĆ»t et de charme. La literie est top. Le billard est un plus trĆØs apprĆ©ciable.
