Estate erected in the middle of a small olive grove, in Marguerittes (Gard Provençal),
200 square meters of living space on the ground floor, in a contemporary style
A warm, cozy and comfortable atmosphere, combining aesthetics with functionality,
Kitchen open to living room of 60m (natural slate floor)
Facing south, in an unfenced property of 1.5 hectares, surrounded by a hundred olive trees.

Maison calme et spacieuse
Maison calme entourée des oliviers, jolie piscine permettant de nager, terrain de boules permettant de belles parties en famille.
Equipements : Confort des lits, bons équipements de la cuisine, salle de bain, TV, climatisation utile sur le mois d'aout, de beaux espaces de chaque pièce ainsi que du terrain.
Bien située permettant d'avoir toutes les commodités pour faire des courses, commerçants accueillants.

Très belle propriété, encore plus belle en réalité que sur les photos.
Propriétaire accueillant et sympathique.
Idéalement située pour la découverte de cette belle région animée tout en étant bien au calme.

Beaucoup de place, au calme.
Très belle propriété, très bel intérieur, très belle piscine et piste de pétanque.
L’endroit est vraiment calme, proche de Nîmes et pas loin de la mer pour y passer une journée.
Tous les équipements fonctionnent, et les pièces de vies sont très lumineuses.

Jolie maison et bien située. Propreté médiocre
La maison est joie et bien située par rapport aux endroits à visiter dans La région.
La propreté de la maison laissait à désirer ainsi que ustensiles de cuisine et beaucoup de choses dans la maison ne fonctionnait pas.

wir haben ein paar seh schöne tage verbracht. ausfluege in die grösseren städte gemacht und am späteren nachmittag und abend den tag am pool ausklingen lassen
