My family and I enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean, and breakfast was enjoyable. Great location not far off interstate.

Place was very pleasant and accommodating. Only thing I have to say is that when there is a pageant they should not allow to block the hallways with decorations. That is a safety hazard.

Hotel was nice and clean most of the staff was great. Did have a issue with cleaning staff had left the room with do not disturb sign on door only to return and find a individual from staff inside my room with dead bolt locked from the inside of our room. Got to wonder what was happening inside the room

I loved how clean and nice our room was, the most quiet hotel I've ever stayed in. The area to walk my dog around to potty was very spacious giving my dog plenty of options. My only complaint is my bed was not very comfortable, I expected softer pillowtop beds.

Our overall experience was great. We met the housekeeper in the hallway outside our door and asked if we needed a sign on the door to clean our room. She told us no, and we told her our room needed to be cleaned, and the attached shampoo container in the shower was empty. We left to return later in the evening, room had not been touched, no clean towels, only shampoo was refilled. We had to ask the desk for more towels etc. The day day our room was clean and fresh bath towels replaced. This is a relatively new hotel. The breakfast was great, checkout was seemless. Would definitely stay here again. The price was a bit high, so we shared the cost between family members. There are several hotel options at the Marianna FL exit. We have stayed at other places, but this one by far was the best

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The step up and additional amenities, e.g., soap, conditioner, etc, was very nice and appreciated. The gym was perfect. I currently staying in another Hampton Inn and the amenities are not as nice. So, don't dismiss the little things you provide off. Thank you.
