In order to get to the property you must take a ferry, it cost 2 US dollar round trip per person. Every time you left to property you must take the ferry. It was 20 steps up a steep hill to get to the unit. The public beach was a short walk. Doolittle restaurant was also a short walk but they did not have very good food. WiFi service is spotty so in some cases you couldn't even call the ferry using "what's app". There is no couch or TV not a big deal but the metal chairs were hard and not comfortable at all. The outside lounge chairs ripped from sun exposure and were replaced promptly. Leaving the 4 other broken chairs on our Terrance. The property is in disrepair. It is for sale, so no one is replacing for long term. Just fixing things as it breaks. A water pipe broke outside when the hose was pulled to reach the pool and water came rushing into our kitchen. It was Repaired and cleaned up quickly. The bed was old and lumpy, We were to stay in Green Fig but it had problems so we were moved to Blue Bamboo. Similar but with a much smaller shower. There are no dressers just a small one draw bed table that the handle was broken off. The AC worked great, there was enough kitchen supplies to get by, not everything you need for a long stay. The best thing about the entire place is Cyrus, who made repairs and offered rides. He was very helpful. The housekeeper Marie, made us a lovely dinner for a small fee when I gave her some chicken. Roads are unpaved.
