Beautiful home badly kept
This is my first ever review about any vacation home I’ve stayed at. Wanted to like this place it had everything we were looking for for our kids but it was badly kept and dirty upon arrival. We swept the front room and game room it had to be done, house also had trash from whoever stayed before (little things cups, bottle caps but more indication that it had not been cleaned properly) we also did not use the master bathroom it had a mildew smell and the tub was stained with a yellow substance (FYI owners commented master tub was stained and needed to be fixed but that was all they said about it) we also did come in contact with some roaches and bugs (it was minor as far as that it’s the woods and we expected it) but communication with the owners about this or handlers of the property was condescending at best, their solution to the problem was to refund one night and “let us go home early”.
PROS nice big home with a game room and projector
CONS home is not cleaned properly master bathroom needs work and communication with property management was not the greatest.
I would not stay here again
