Lovely cabin for board games and smores
Me and my friends were looking for a quiet, secluded place for us to hang out for a weekend away from the world, and this cabin didn't disappoint! A beautifully constructed cabin surrounded by trees and secluded from freeways was the perfectly quiet and fun experience me and my friends were looking for! We even plan to come again next year :)

Anniversary Adventure
We have been married for many years. On a quick whim, we decided to find a cabin for our anniversary. This very nice cabin is surrounded by woods, which in turn are surrounded by farm fields. The cabin is large and can handle a family gathering - so we just occupied the first floor. The only drawback was a small tub ((not meant for romance) and shower downstairs. However, the host was excellent in communication, the furnishings were cabin perfect, yet modern - as this was a modern build. Pet friendly for a smaller our medium size dog. A morning walk after rain was awesome. Highly recommend!

Wife and I just wanted a quiet getaway for our 18th wedding anniversary and this place accomplished just that. Nestled in some trees for privacy and set back from road which never heard any traffic. This place gave a chance to unwind and enjoy some time together

This place is truly amazing! Wonderful property & log cabin home that is beautifully decorated & has so many special little features, from the unique and gorgeous front porch and barrel fountain to all the decorative pillows, flowers & cute little signs throughout the home…it is simply fantastic! The furniture throughout is comfy and cozy, and the master bed allowed us to sleep better than at home! Ashley was wonderful to interact with and is super thoughtful with all the little “extras” she has for guests. We definitely would love to come back sometime! My husband and I were thrilled to find this beautiful property just minutes from our daughter and son in law in Marlette! (Normally we stay in a hotel almost 30 minutes from their home which isn’t very convenient.) The cabin is exactly as pictured and represented on the listing! All the comforts of home…the house was immaculate and so cozy inside. Loved the big front porch to just sit and read a book or sip a glass of wine. The cabin is right off the main road but once you go down the driveway it feels like you are miles from civilization, so quiet and peaceful. We definitely hope to stay here again for future trips to Michigan! Thank you Ashley!

The pictures and description of this property do not do it justice. Home was extremely clean and had every possible amenity that you would need..and then some. Home was extremely warm and inviting and the location was so peaceful and serene. I did not want to leave! Host was amazing and easy to communicate with and extremely accommodating. The cabin was absolutely amazing. Clean, beautifully furnished, in the woods off the road. Peaceful and quiet. It was the perfect location for a group to get together for a weekend of relaxing and reading and hanging out with good friends. Ashley, the hostess was accessible, kind, and did a wonderful job having all the amenities to make the weekend the best. We honestly did not want to leave and next time plan to book an extra day.

Weekend get away.
Beautiful property!!! The house lacked for nothing, quality furnishings, bedding, towels, TV's, games all the cookware your home would have. Warm comfortable atmosphere in every room, large furnished porch. I spent hours looking at the wood finish throughout the house. We were able to meet the owners, A very nice young family we enjoyed getting to know them. I can't wait to spend time on the porch and watch the wildlife. We will be coming back. Thank you for a great weekend.

this has been by far the best vacation rental I have ever stayed at. The hosts are absolutely amazing, friendly, and very helpful. if you are ever in the thumb of Michigan and want a great place to stay this is the place, I would give it 10 stars if I could. Will defiantly be back as soon as i can!!
