Country in the City - This charming home has a comfy clean feel, with a very peaceful surrounding. The home has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. MB-has a Tempur-pedic King size bed, 2nd has a Queen, and 3rd has two twin beds. Sun room- has a pull out couch w/an extra padding available. Kitchen is well equipped & seats 6, plenty of essentials to help make a meal. Living room has a 55" TV, and a gas fireplace too cozy by in the cooler months. Laundry room, Work station area (200 mbps)
Sit back, relax, grill out on a weber gas grill, and watch the deer & wild life around, you'll be surprised sometimes how many deer you may see. Sit on the back deck, or front porch. Play some corn hole, have a cold drink. Just 3/4 mile from town, quiet street kids can play with no worries. Take a walk, just unwind and relax. Life is short, make some memories.

Just like home!
My husband and I came out to Marlette to celebrate our Grandson's 2nd birthday. We were thrilled to find this beautiful property so close to our daughter and son in laws home! The location is close to the main road but once you pull down the road it is very quiet and secluded. The house was very clean, nicely decorated...my favorite spot was watching the deer from the sunroom. Our only regret was our trip was very quick, hopefully next time we can stay longer. This was one of the nicest VRBO's we have stayed in, Gloria was a fantastic host!

Family Reunion weekend
Our family reunion was only a few short miles away from the property. Upon late night, arrival, we knew we were in for a wonderful stay! This spacious home is clean, welcoming, and appointed with detail. There is nothing overlooked from a sewing kit, to homemade bread to bake, and even treat bags for the children. We awoke to a beautiful, sunny morning with wildlife strolling by the sunroom windows as we enjoyed our coffee. Gloria has thought of everything! It was a joy to return to this home at the end of a busy day! This property is so very relaxing, we canā€™t wait to return for another family event! I highly recommend this country escape!

Excellent stay for a working Vacation
I travel for work often and this is by far the best rental that allowed my family and I to balance work and relaxation. The home is fully equipped with everything one would need to be comfortable right away. Fully stocked kitchen and coffee bar, beautiful sitting areas inside and out, strong WiFi to work. Easy access to many areas in the thumb of Michigan. A lovely balance of convenience and nature! Gloria is excellent to work with, very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend !!

Spotlessly clean, excellent communication and host is very helpful, friendly. The attention to detail is by far superior to most nightly rentals. The homemade bread delicious! The home and all the accommodations exceeded expectations. Very clean! Gloria went above and beyond with her attention to detail and amenities around the house. If you forgot something she probably has it there for you! This is the best option for a place stay in the Marlette area and will stay here again!

Christmas to remember
The home was more than we expected! We have rented many homes in the past and this one tops them all. It was decorated for the holiday, the cabinets were well stocked, more than enough quality linens, everything in great working order. The host has really thought of everything you might need to make to make your stay more enjoyable or convenient like an extra tooth brush, sewing kit, first aid supplies, games, stocked coffee bar..... I could seriously go on and on. Clean, peaceful and quiet setting. I would highly recommend!

The owners seem to have thought of everything. There was notes up everywhere telling me how to do stuff. The house was immaculate. When I had a question, they answered within 1/2 hour. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone. I myself will be renting again for sure.
