Great last minute find near Munising.
The room had everything we needed, tastefully decorated, felt like most everything was fairly new. Bath tub was immaculate. Decent spread for breakfast. Quiet. Very reasonable price.

A very nice place!
This was a really nice place! The room was a nice size. The water became hot very quickly! The breakfast was really good. A good mix of hot and cold items. It felt safe and the gentleman behind the desk was very knowledgeable about the area and the things to do in the area.

I am bicycling across the country. I found these folks after a long, long, wet, cold breezy day on my bicycle and doing 83 miles. I was exhausted and soaking wet The staff was incredibly welcoming. The motel is new very clean very well run organized. I recommend highly.

The place is great, super clean, the staff is super friendly, the breakfast is incredible, delicious, with lots of options. The rooms are super comfortable, very quiet, the bed is wonderful. Tracy, who is responsible for breakfast, and the Indian “D” who works at reception deserve 5 stars, they are great, 10 for both !

Highly recommend
We lived here for one night of last weekend. Several minutes drive from Munising town center. The staff were very nice. They gave us lots of advice of restaurant nearby and points of interest we could go even we had limited mount of time.

We stayed here during our trip to Pictured Rocks. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. There aren't a lot of hotel choices in Munising, but we were fine with our stay here.

adequate but overpriced
No elevator to 2nd floor (no big deal but a bit awkward getting bags up the stairs), complementary breakfast fair- good assortment but food stale or left in heaters too long. Take your own toiletries- foaming body/shampoo thing was more air than soap- for the price of the room I would have expected little bottles of things like in most hotels. Very clean though and just minutes from downtown Munising attractions.

A wonderful stay at the Magnuson hotel
We had a wonderful 3 nights stay at the Magnuson hotel. The mattress was superb. The breakfast very rich , much more to eat than other hotels we were staying in, there was even popcorn machine with warm popcorn all day long. The staff was very helpful and the room very clean.
