The only negative about the property (at least the suite we were in) was that it was 3 floors and since each floor had high ceilings, it meant that you are climbing 32 steps to the next floor. No elevator in a 5 star luxury hotel.

The best hotel stay in the world !
W-O-W ! What an incredible stay! I stayed at the Royal Mansour after staying at La Mamounia and I’m super confused as to why anyone would dare compare the Royal mansour to La Mamounia. At The Royal mansour I felt like Royalty, the personalized attention was unmatched , they picked me up in a Bentley , took care of all my bags with such care, the dinner I ordered to my riad & the breakfast I had were just EXCELLENT ! Overall , I travel a LOT —the best hotel I’ve experienced anywhere in the world !

A true royal experience. Having your own Riad makes all the difference. We really enjoyed the lobby-spa-dining areas .. also the alleys between the riads felt like a real village. A Dream Come True
We have been lucky enough to have stayed at some of the best hotels in the world, but none have been able to match the level of design, luxury, and service of the Royal Mansour. The moment we were picked up by their driver in a Bentley we knew we were in for a treat, and our expectations continued to be exceeded from there. The hotel itself is beyond stunning. The level of design and craftsmanship is so much beyond a five-star hotel - I would liken it more as the opportunity to live in a historic royal palace (such as Alhambra). Everywhere you turn are gorgeous details - from the staff's wardrobe to the light fixtures to the glassware in the dining room. It is truly a showcase of the best of Moroccan design. The grounds are vast, lush, and beautiful. We visited during spring and were greeted by hundreds of orange trees covered in fruit and the most intoxicatingly fragrant blossoms. The pool is amazing - a true oasis from the chaos of Marrakech. The spa was incredible - a hammam is a must, if anything just to witness the gorgeous spa suite. The individual riads are all laid-out to replicate the medina - meaning it's easy to get lost but that's half of the fun! Each 'room' consists of a three-story riad that is truly more beautiful and luxurious than words can describe. My favorite element was our private rooftop where we swam, ate dinner, and sat by the fire. The staff at Royal Mansour are truly amazing - we have never felt more taken care of and valued.

We had a small hiccup in our stay, but overall our time spent at RM was lovely and we've had nothing but great things to say about it to family, friends and colleagues. We have certainly recommended it to everyone we know. Special thanks to concierge team, Mr. Muhammad and Mr. Abdullah, for going above and beyond in accommodating us, far beyond I would have ever imagined. And thanks to our driver, Mr. Abdullah, for being so polite and sweet. These men deserve promotions, as their service is the very reason our stay at RM was so memorable and why we would like to return to RM in the future. Advice for travelers: check your reservation carefully- We regret not being informed upon check-in that breakfast was included. We sure missed out on that. Overall, though- lovely staff and premise. Thanks again, team RM!
