Apartment of 100 square meters on wooded land down to a small beach in one of the private coves near Marseille. The house can accommodate up to 7 people, 3 bedrooms, bathroom, w. separate c, large living room with fully equipped kitchen area; all overlooking a terrace facing south, facing the Mediterranean Sea. Stay calm in front of the sea, with the sailboats on the horizon and the squirrels on waking. Without being overlooked, the neighborhood is residential. A mini-bus serves the neighborhood to the center of the village where you will find all the shops, provide vehicle for all other trips, A baker (grocer) traveling passes in the neighborhood in the morning around 10am. The airport or TGV is only 25 minutes, Marseille capital of culture 2013, will welcome you every night with a show on the old port or in its old neighborhoods, where small restaurant will serve you their fish specialties. Possibility to visit the Calanques, the islands, the region 'Provence' and the Camargue. A Park of attraction on Ensuès la Redonne opened the summer; Departure for Corsica (at the port of Marseille) in 20 minutes. The location of the house is ideal for diving, canoeing, fishing, tranquility for tanning and rest.

Beautiful, peaceful, comfortable
We loved the view from the home. If you sit up in bed you can see the Mediterranean. The home had what we needed and was comfortable. The walk down to the house was a little rough with luggage and definitely hard for anyone with mobility challenges. It is a really cool property with terraced stairs down to sea access. The Mistral winds were strong the week we visited so it limited our outdoor time. But we would definitely love to rent this same house in the future if possible. I’m so happy we stayed here

A fabulous few days!
We were delighted with Mireille and Bernard’s apartment: it is very well-appointed and comfortable but most of all it has the most magnificent view and access to the sea - and the large terrace is fantastic. We were new to the area and found it absolutely enchanting - we definitely plan to return.

We have a fantastic 2 week stay with our 3 teenage kids. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The view from the balcony and the 2 main bedrooms was spectacular! Being the top apartment of the 4 in the block gave us extra privacy! The kitchen was basic but adequate for a summer holiday. Parking was also fine giving the limited space and the busy period.. We will certainly be back!

Nous avons passé une semaine superbe! C’était tranquille, la vue incroyable, nous étions confortable. Nous nous sommes baignés tous les jours. Schöne fünf Tage in traumhafter Umgebung
Das Einchecken war ein wenig holprig, weil uns niemand persönlich begrüßt und eingewiesen hat. Dafür waren weder die engen Straßen, noch der Parkplatz ein Problem. Etwas verwundert waren wir, dass es sich um ein 4-Etagenhaus handelt, und wir eigentlich nur eine Wohnung hatten. Das war aber auch kein Problem, weil wir mit den anderen Bewohnern keine Berührungspunkte hatten. und diese angenehm unauffällig waren. Dass keine Klimaanlage im Haus ist, wussten wir, aber diese nachzurüsten wäre einfach und ein echter Mehrwert. Ventilatoren in den Zimmern wären ein Anfang. Luxus kann man in dem Haus nicht erwarten, aber das sollte vor der Buchung klar sein. Was aber ein echtes Manko ist, sind die Betten. Es handelt sich um billige, unbequeme Betten. Bettwäsche muß mitgebracht werden. Übergewichtige Personen sollten nicht buchen, weil das die Betten nicht aushalten. Der Weg zur kleinen, fast privaten Bucht war aber für uns sportliche kein Problem. Die Bucht und das Wasser, sowie die Umgebung und die Ausblicke sind traumhaft und machen manches wett. Am Abend sieht man viele Sterne, den Mond, viele Boote und Flugzeuge (ohne Lärm). Stechmücken und Ameisen gibt es auch, aber dagegen helfen die üblichen Mittel (Kaffee und Mückenspray). Die Gastgeber haben sich bemüht, wenn auch nur per Handy. Wir werden nächstes Jahr allerdings nicht mehr kommen, weil die Preise für den gleichen Zeitraum um 50%! erhöht wurden.

Ruhige Lage mit Meerblick
Eine sehr geräumige Unterkunft mit Hanglage, was die Anfahrt herausfordernd macht durch viel hoch und runter und Spitzkehren. Ein traumhafter Ausblick auf das Mittelmeer direkt von der Terrasse. Einrichtung ist vollständig, es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war immer schnell und freundlich.

Traumhaft schöner Ausblick
Leider haben uns die Mücken regelrecht aufgefressen. Es war so warm, dass wir die ganze Nacht die Türen zur Terrasse aufblasen mussten. Über eine Klimaanlage verfügte unser Appartement nicht. Auch nicht über Mückengage. Das Appartement selbst war spärlich eingerichtet. Alles war auf Sechs Personen ausgelegt. Man musste also immer direkt wieder aufwachen, damit bspw. genug Gläser verfügbar waren. Das Sofa war reif für den Schrott, die Matratzen zum Teil durchgelegen. Aber das alles hat dieser traumhaft schöne Ausblick beim Frühstück oder Abendessen auf der Terrasse vergessen lassen. Wir saßen jeden Abend bis in die Nacht und haben die Schiffe, den Sternhimmel und den Leuchtturm beobachtet. Den Regen Flugverkehr vom Flughafen Marseille haben wir zwar wahrgenommen aber es hat nicht gestört. Die Zicken waren lauter :-D und den Kindern haben die Flugzeuge oder Kreuzfahrtschiffe am Horizont gefallen. Die Zufahrt dort hin ist abenteuerlich und die Parkplatzsuche kann kompliziert werden. Wir standen eigentlich immer gegenüber des Tors an der Mauer. Für die Bucht benötigt man unbedingt Badeschuhe. Die Steine sind sehr rutschig und der Zugang ohne Schuhe ist beschwerlich und schmerzhaft. Das Wasser selbst ist aber klar und sauber und mit einem SUP Board lassen sich schöne Ausflüge in benachbarte Buchten unternehmen.

Tolle Wohnung, toller Urlaub!
Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt. Alles war wie beschrieben und der Kontakt schnell und problemlos. Die Abende auf der Terrasse, mit Grill und Blick auf das Meer waren super. Durch den Garten kommt man zur kleinen, fast privaten Bucht. Das Wasser dort ist sehr klar, wir haben gerne geschnorchelt. Ansonsten bieten sich wundervolle Wanderungen „ab Haustür“ und Ausflüge nach Marseille an.

Endroit génial !
Superbe endroit, vue sur la mer. Chemin un peu dur pour y arriver mais la récompense est grande. Dommage qu'il y a très peu d'ustensils de cuisine (verres, fourchettes, couteaux normaux- seulement des couteaux steak...) .Meubles vraiment très usés... mais nos vacances se sont très bien passées.

Excellent séjour dans cet appartement avec magnifique vue sur la mer
Nous avons séjourné dans un appartement très propre, bien équipé avec beaucoup de rangements et une grande terrasse. La vue est vraiment magnifique et la maison est juste au-dessus d'une très jolie petite calanque tranquille. Même s'il y a d'autres appartements, l'environnement était calme et reposant. Je recommande cette location. juste pour info : prévoir les appareils contre les moustiques et il faut savoir qu'il n'y pas d'emplacement de parking réservé (ce n'est pas toujours simple pour trouver une place en pleine saison estivale) .

Séjour très agréable!
Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dancet appartement. Idéalement situé avec de belles criques à proximité (d'autres avec un petit peu de marche mais des sentiers pratiquables pour tous, ce qui en vaut vraiment la peine) L'appartement est bien situé avec une vue magnifique. Le seul bémol est qu'une seule voiture est autorisée à accéder Je vous le recommande sans hésiter.

Super logement et emplacement !
L'appartement est vraiment génial, super emplacement, très propre et très bien équipé. Très grande terrasse donnant sur la mer et calanque privée. Mieux que sur les photos de l'annonce je recommande ! Le seul hic a été la procédure d'arrivée, on nous a refusé l'accès au logement et on a du passer 1h au soleil avec un petit bébé en ayant appelé la police pour que finalement on nous laisse accéder. Pendant ce temps là les propriétaires n'étaient pas joignables parce qu'il n'y a pas de réseau téléphonique. Dommage !

Unglaubliche Lage mit direktem Zugang zum Wasser
Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist unglaublich, mit einem wunderschönen Blick von der Terrasse aufs Meer. Die Bucht ist über Naturstufen direkt am Haus zu erreichen. Der Weg ist nur etwas für sportliche, da auf der Hälfte die Stufen aufhören und man über die Felsen direkt klettern muss. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit (Bäcker, Supermarkt) befindet sich 5km entfernt. Zur Ferienwohnung führt eine kleine und teilweise sehr steile/kurvige Strasse. Mit etwas Übung war das aber kein Problem. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war in Ordnung und als Urlaubsdomizil völlig ausreichend. Wir werden auf alle Fälle wieder in diese Region reisen.

L´appartement, son balcon et la vue sont splendides, il est bien équippé aussi. On a passé des très belles journées! Par contre, on n´était pas content le soir de notre arrivée de voir qu` il n`y avait ni draps ni serviettes, juste des sacs avec les draps sales des locataires avant nous. On a du les laver du coup, pas superbe comme début de vacances... Les proprios devraient préciser dans l`annonce que ceci n´est pas inclu dans le loyer et les frais de ménage.
