At Villa Rosa Martinsicuro, in a very quiet environment and in the countryside, rent beautiful apartment with balcony overlooking the sea. The property is situated on the top floor (third) of a complex with lift, with private parking below the dwelling, in square only accessible to authorized via electric barrier. It has a living area with a fully equipped masonry kitchen, espresso machine and induction cooker. The living room leads to the romantic double bedroom, with sliding table for breakfast / lunch / dinner and a flat screen 29 '', and a relaxation room with comfortable sofa bed with SmartTV Led 32 ''. Complete the apartment a bathroom with large shower and functional.
Very bright (east) exposure, as well as having the heat in insulated wooden roof has all the amenities needed for an unforgettable stay in relaxing: air conditioning, WIFI-internet connection fast, washer and LED lighting.

We hebben een leuk verblijf gehad , het appartement is een mooie aanrader . Alles netjes toen we aankwamen . Er lag zelfs lekkere drank in de Frigo . Airco, wifi perfect aanwezig . We zijn allen zeer tevreden !

Piacevole sorpresa!
Non sono solito fare recensioni sugli appartamenti visitati, ma per questo ho fatto una eccezione. Il soggiorno presso questa struttura è stato ottimo e ci ha permesso di visitare comodamente la spiaggia che è vicinissima. La casa è molto confortevole e accogliente, permette di riposare senza molte difficoltà a differenza di cittadine limitrofe. Il rapporto con il proprietario è stato da subito amichevole e disponibile dal primo all’ultimo minuto. Grazie ancora Marco!

Schöne Ferienwohnung
Wir waren 19 Tage in der Ferienwohnung und es hat uns gut gefallen. Sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles vorhanden. Kurze Wege zum Strand und Bäcker. Für 2-3 Personen ist die Wohnung ideal, leider gibt es zu wenige Abstellmöglichkeiten ( Schränkchen oder Regal. ) Vielleicht sollte vor das Sofa auch ein kleiner Tisch gestellt werden! Der Vermieter MARCO überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit und wenn es sollte mal ein Problem geben kommt er sofort. Im Kühlschrank bei Ankunft gekühlte Getränke und zum Abschied gab er uns noch leckere süße Teile mit für unterwegs. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen. Danke Marco

Urlaub in Martinsicuro
Diese Wohnung ist wahnsinnig liebe- und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir fühlte uns von der ersten Minute an zu Hause. Der Vermieter ist wahnsinnig nett und war jederzeit erreichbar. Strand, wichtige Läden und Restaurants sind super zu Fuß zu erreichen. Eine riesige Einkaufsmall ist in wenigen Autominuten zu erreichen. Wir waren mit unserer fast 13jährigen Tochter da und es hat auch platzmäßig gut gepasst. Allerdings muss man bei drei Personen beim Stauraum ein bisschen Abstriche machen, aber, wie schon erwähnt, es hat wunderbar gepasst. Wir überlegen schon, ob wir nächstes Jahr nochmalzusammen mit einer Freundin unserer Tochter in diese wunderbare Gegend fahren.

L'appartamento è molto bello, luminoso ed arredato con gusto e cura. Marco e compagna, i proprietari, sono stati carini e disponibili e non ci hanno fatto mancare davvero niente. Noi lo abbiamo utilizzato come base di partenza per visitare alcuni borghi (Civitella, Atri), Campo Imperatore e Rocca Calascio ma il mare è a due passi e di sera è possibile raggiungere in pochi minuti di auto centri maggiori come San Benedetto o Roseto.

La scelta è stata mirata visto i dettagli delle foto , la descrizione e ovviamente l'immediata risposta del proprietario . Appartamente stupendo e ideale per una coppia che cerca nel mese di Settembre tranquillità e mare a pochi passi . L'arredamento è bellissimo e non c'e' nulla fuori posto , Una scelta davvero accorta . Peccato aver soggiornato per pochi giorni... Il Proprietario è una persona veramente cordiale e disponibile con cui si stabilisce un rapporto amichevole in poco tempo. Consigliatissimo ;)

La casa, a due passi dal mare, è curata in ogni minimo dettaglioi. pulita e accogliente.
Prima volta in questa località di mare, ma sicuramente torneremo:i proprietari della nostra casa sono stati puntuali in tutto, mai invadenti , ma sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi cosa. Insomma persone straordinarie e quindi quando è così il ricordo della vacanza è sicuramente bellissimo. Grazie.

L'appartamento è una coccola. Oltre a funzionalità e comodità, il locale è bello, rifinito con gusto (nella realtà più spazioso di quello che rende in foto). Pulizia e ordine, spazio adeguato, cucina attrezzata con tutto, proprietari molto carini ci hanno fatto trovare bevande in frigo e cialde caffè. Balcone attrezzato e spazioso.
