New apartment for 4 people in the heart of Tuscany "Il Papavero"

The "Palazzina" lies on a hill with an adjacent forest and a beautiful view of a wide valley in peaceful tranquility. The apartments each consist of 2 rooms (a bedroom and a living and dining room with a sofa bed), have their own bathroom and are located in the back of the building. "Il Papavero" (in German: poppy) is on the ground floor and is one of four (40-60 sqm) apartments for 2-4 people in the Tuscan style. You can live comfortably under rustic wooden beams (travetti) and Tuscan roof tiles (mezzane). The rustic style is additionally highlighted by exposed masonry. Each apartment has a separate entrance with sunbathing area, from where you can enjoy our delicious red wine between cork oaks, olive groves and cypress trees at sunset and chirping crickets and dream into a wide valley.

The consumption of water, electricity and gas for cooking is included in the price.

If it is necessary to heat the apartment, we charge 2.60 € per hour.
Infants up to 24 months accompany their parents free of charge.
Bed linen (one set per person) and towels (two sets per person) are included. Additional bed linen can be provided for a fee.

You can take advantage of a breakfast service by arrangement. Mr. Manieri is a baker and works in the family business in Massa Marittima. He will be happy to bring you fresh bread rolls, cakes, pizza and snacks for the day on the hill to your doorstep around 8 a.m.

From Ms. Veers and Mr. Manieri you can buy untreated, cold-pressed olive oil from our own production. Wine, organic honey and typical Italian food specialties are also available.

As we like to take the time for a thorough final cleaning of the apartments, we ask you not to arrive before 4 p.m. and to leave by 10 a.m. Deviations from this rule are possible if tenants' arrival and departure do not fall on the same day.
On departure we ask our guests to leave the apartments swept clean.
