Mold and noise. Parking is sketchy at night
The check in was easy and fast. The lady was very friendly and helpful. The room big but there was no fan in the bathroom for the vapor to vent. There was mold on the ceiling above our bed and the rooms are not well insulated. You can hear everything and everyone outside.

A very disappointing stay
A very disappointing stay. The door to my room had such a large gap that I could see outside. Considering it was freezing out, cold air flooded into my room. No hand soap in the bathroom. Very basic room that’s not worth the nightly rate.

I was given a room broken toilet not flushing, second room they gave heater/air conditioner not working, third room in second floor was lot better first two heat was good, toilet was good but no soap in the bathroom. Coffee but no filters for brewing coffee. In short this place was not as expected I would give 2 star. Breakfast was aweful

Location was easy in and out off of Sunrise Highway. Parking outside or below (2 levels of rooms) your room. Nice selection at continental breakfast. Quiet location. Shopping and restaurants very close by. Can't go wrong at a Best Western. We would definitely stay there again.

Was given keys to a room occupied by another family. Walked in on them. Toilet had to be fixed. Door not secure, air coming right through, could see outside. Had to remove strike plate ourselves to lock door. Asked for late check out And was locked out at normal time. Property manager still has not called to review anything or apologize.

The staff were very nice and helpful. We loved the fact that it had a gym and pool, plus it had full breakfast, not a continental breakfast that most places have!
