Of course the best is to fully enjoy and relax at your holiday villa, but we also understand that you want to get out and about. Good news; there is plenty to do around your luxury holiday villa in the Netherlands. For example, visit the pleasant village of Maurik and stroll through the streets. Or take a lovely walk or bike ride at the Utrechtse Heuvelrug. Of course, an afternoon of sailing cannot be missed in our water landscape; the Betuwe is the perfect location for this! In short, you certainly don't have to be bored. At the park you can stay in luxurious and modern furnished holiday villas for 4 people. The villas have a view of the water and/or the marina and have a large wooden terrace with furniture. Your luxury holiday villa in the Netherlands gives a spacious feeling thanks to the high ceilings and has all the necessary facilities such as a dishwasher and flat screen TV. Due to the unique location, luxurious facilities and tranquility you will immediately experience a wonderful holiday feeling!

Your luxury holiday villa is located directly on the water and has a beautiful panoramic view.
The villas give a very spacious feeling due to the high ceilings and large glass windows. This guarantees a view of the water and a lot of light. In the villa itself you will find a modern, spacious living room, furnished with a stylish sofa, comfortable armchairs, a dining area for 4 people and a large flat screen TV. A perfect place if you want to enjoy a delicious meal together, play a board game or simply watch a movie. In the modern kitchen you will find everything you need to show your culinary arts, including a fridge-freezer, hob with built-in extractor fan, combination microwave, dishwasher, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine.

All our villas have two bedrooms, both with 2 single box springs and a flat screen TV in each room. Both bedrooms have ample storage options. On arrival we have made beds for you. The luxurious, spacious bathroom has a double sink, rain shower and toilet. From the living room you have access to the beautifully landscaped hardwood terrace and the adjacent lawn. Here you will find a comfortable dining table for 4 people and a parasol. And if you have your own boat, you can easily walk to the harbor and sail directly onto the Lower Rhine. Our villas are non-smoking, equipped with WiFi and indoor storage. You can park one car with ease at the accommodation.

Playing outside
The kids will never be bored at the park either. There is a huge climbing playground set next to the terrace of the Brasserie. And in the summer the children can have fun on the beach. And when you go swimming, you can enjoy yourself on the trampoline located in the water.

The Utrechtse Heuvelrug is a popular cycling and walking region with many beautiful and unique places to enjoy your holiday.
The Betuwe is a region in the Netherlands, bordered by the Waal in the south and the Lower Rhine and the Lek in the north. This region is known for its many surface waters and fruit cultivation. Fun local events take place during blossom and harvest times.
The Amerongen weir and lock complex is a hydraulic work of art in the Lower Rhine and is equipped with a hydroelectric power station and a special fish passage.
Enjoy a visit with the whole family at Ouwehands Zoo in Rhenen. View the many nice animals, for example the many bears in the Bear Forest or the giant pandas in Pandasia. A fun day out for the whole family.
