Muy lindo el lugar, solo que el camino para llegar es de terraceria y con auga por las lluvias. No hay seguridad, el fraccionamiento es abierto, y te estacionas donde puedas, no hay servicio de limoieza, ni cambio de toallas solo te dan 2 y una estaba rota. Hay cafetera pero sin cafe.Podria mejorar mucho si tuvieran mejor servicio al cliente y dejar amenidades extras, asi como la limoieza diaria al menos o lo anuncien mas tipo airbnb que hotel.

En general todo estuvo genial me gusto muchísimo la cabaña muy muy linda y Roberto súper amable en todo momento, lo único que no nos funciono fue que no había agua muy calientita, solo estaba un poco tibia y de repente si se sentía muy fría. Fue lo único.

Todo estuvo increíble, a diferencia de otras cabañas si había agua caliente, tardaba un poco en salir, pero todo súper bien. La cabaña súper limpia, nos dejaron una cobija extra y papel igual extra en el lobby. Sin duda volvería.

Creo que el lugar puede mejorar mucho, no tiene estacionamiento, falta iluminacion a sus alrededores, la seguridad es nula ya que esta abierto a la calle sin nadie que vigile quien entra o dale del lugar,

La propiedad está linda y las habitaciones están bien. El problema es que no es hotel. Para llegar al fraccionamiento donde está ubicado, tienes que pasar por terracería. Llegue y la llave para entrar a mi habitación estaba pegada a la puerta, no hay servicio de una recepción o lobby, no hay donde estacionarse, tienes que buscar, no hay servicio de limpieza, la puerta se descompuso, nadie vino a arreglarla. El vecino de habitación tubo música hasta las 2 am. Considero no lo deben anunciar como Hotel.

En general bien pero tiene cosas que mejorar
La llegada es fácil pero por un camino de piedras, no hay señalamiento. La cabaña es ideal y el fraccionamiento muy tranquilo y a gusto. De la cabaña no me gustó que no tuviera puerta el baño, siempre es buena la privacidad en esta área y que nunca salió el agua caliente, por tal motivo no se puede usar la tina, el clima de mazamitla es frío y se necesita el agua caliente.
