New design house, on one level, with top of the line services, air conditioning, private pool and breathtaking views of Mont Ventoux. For 8 people maximum (children and baby included).
4 bedrooms, including 2 master bedroom, 2 bathrooms and 1 bathroom, 3 toilets.
Linen provided (sheets, towels, kitchen towels).
The pool, 10.5m * 3.5m, is secured by an electric submerged flap. Very well equipped kitchen, gas griddle for your grill outdoors. Covered terrace.
The village of Mazan, 2 km from the house, has all proxis shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, butcher, post office ...). You are at the foot of Mont Ventoux, 30 minutes from Avignon, Orange, Vaison-La-Romaine, Gordes. Isle sur Sorgues at 20 minutes (canals, antiques). Amusement parks in Monteux (15km): Wave Island (water park) and Parc Spirou.

Lovely house with fantastic view
We really enjoyed everything about our stay. We received a warm welcome on arrival and local information from the owner's family. The house is very comfortable, everything in perfect condition, with lots of equipment available outside too. We will definitely remember the stunning view of the Mont Ventoux.

Simply beautiful! We all enjoyed our stay in your lovely home. Very comfortable and well equipped with ample plates, glasses, cutlery etc. Stunning views and refreshing swimming pool - had great fun getting Robbie the robot pool cleaner working, and he did an excellent job keeping the water sparkling. We hope to visit next summer...

Un plaisir d'avoir sĆ©journĆ© Ć  nouveau dans cette maison ensoleillĆ©e, belle et design, mais aussi trĆØs pratique (de plain pied) et trĆØs bien Ć©quipĆ©e (si on aime cuisiner, tout y est!). La vue Ć©poustouflante sur le Mont Ventoux et la vallĆ©e est une raison Ć  elle seule de venir se reposer sur place. Nous reviendrons, je l'espĆØre en Ć©tĆ© pour profiter de la grande piscine. Mooie moderne vakantiewoning met prachtig uitzicht
Een mooie, goed uitgeruste vakantiewoning. Kinderstoel, kinderbedje en verzorgingstafel aanwezig voor peuter van 14 maanden. Prachtig uitzicht op de Mont Ventoux en Mazan. Auto of fiets nodig om naar de bakker of supermarkt te gaan. Gezien de tijd van het jaar, konden we jammer genoeg geen gebruik meer maken van het zwembad. Wifi-verbinding was traag en bij meerdere gebruikers tegelijkertijd onbruikbaar. We hebben genoten van een weekje vakantie met onze kinderen en kleinzoon.

Great vacation in a amazing house/ little paradise
We spend a absolutely peaceful, uncomplicated and unforgettable week at Garanceā€˜s house! First we had a very nice introduction with Claude and Marie- Pierre who not only give us great advices fot the area but also grapes and figs fresh from the trees. The spectacular view each morning on Mt. Ventoux combined with the pool area in this great equipped house- simply a dream. We definitely loved it and can recommend it to 100%. By the way also for people in wheelchairs. It is fully accessible including the pool.

Ein besonders schƶnes Urlaubsdomizil
Wir haben fast zwei Wochen das wunderbare und architektonisch sehr gelungene, groƟe Haus und den 10m Pool genossen. Bis auf Eierbecher fehlte nichts in der KĆ¼che. Ausnahmslos alles funktionierte tadellos. WLan, Klimatiserung und BelĆ¼ftung sind hightech. Die Aussicht vom Haus und dem groƟen GrundstĆ¼ck ist einmalig. Die Lage ist ideal fĆ¼r AusflĆ¼ge in die schƶnsten Orte der Provence. Da kommen wir wieder, wenn es klappt, zumal auch die Gastgeberin sehr sehr nett ist.

Wunderschƶn, Geschmackvoll und barrierefrei
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir sind mit Rollstuhl Fahrer gereist und alles war perfekt fĆ¼r ihn ausgerichtet, man hat genĆ¼gend Platz und dazu war das Haus noch sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit einer traumhaften Aussicht auf den Mount Ventoux. In der KĆ¼che hat es auch an nichts gemangelt, es gab genĆ¼gend Geschirr und auch Auflaufformen oder andere KĆ¼chengerƤte. Der AuƟenbereich mit Pool und Terrasse war ebenfalls traumhaft. Die Kommunikation war sehr nett, herzlich und unkompliziert. Ich wĆ¼rde diese Unterkunft immer wieder buchen!

Perfekter Kurzurlaub in Mazan
Vorab gute und klare Kommunikation, auch kurzfristige Ƅnderung der Ankunftszeit war kein Problem. Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch die nebenan lebenden Eltern der EigentĆ¼merin. Das Haus lƤsst keine WĆ¼nsche offen, alles top organisiert und durchstrukturiert. Ausstattung absolut vollstƤndig- nichts hat gefehlt. Die Klimaanlage war bei den doch hohen Temperaturen ƤuƟerst angenehm. FĆ¼r uns war die Lage perfekt- wir kannten die Gegend aber auch schon. Traumhafter Blick auf den Mont ventoux. Garage vorhanden. Alles in allem perfekt- wir waren nur zu kurz da. Vielen Dank nochmals

Nous avons passĆ© un excellent sĆ©jour, bon accueil efficace et attentionnĆ©, la maison est trĆØs bien agencĆ©e (avec notamment 2 zones "nuit"), trĆØs propre , les lits comfortables, la cuisine bien Ć©quipĆ©e et fournie en vaisselle pour accueillir de grandes tablĆ©es. La lumiĆØre et la vue sont imprenables !! splendides. Notre plus jeune fils est en fauteuil roulant et cette maison est parfaitement adaptĆ©e, ce qui est une vĆ©ritable perle rare dans les locations vacances. L'amĆ©nagement extĆ©rieur, terrasse , piscine etc. est aussi trĆØs agrĆ©able.

Neues modernes Haus mit schƶner Aussicht zum Mont Ventoux
Das Haus ist neu und hat einen grosszĆ¼gigen Grundriss. Ist sehr gut ausgestattet, hat alles was man sich wĆ¼nscht und braucht. Die Fotos entsprechend der RealitƤt und die Aussicht auf den Mont Ventoux ist natĆ¼rlich genial. Das Haus liegt etwas ausserhalb des Ortes, d.h. zur BƤckerei oder in den Supermarkt braucht man das Auto oder allenfalls das Fahrrad. Ist auf ein guter Ausgangspunkt um alle SehenswĆ¼rdigkeiten der Provence zu besuchen.
