The area was beautiful they just need more trees or palms around the area. Also they need more pools for kids and youths.

It started with the shuttle being late and then we got there in a room had a view of a big bush when I called a bunch of times beforehand cuz it was a special night for us and I explained what I wanted an ocean view the manager was very nice and he moved us to a room with a beautiful view but then there was more problems I was told when I called that there was a swim up bar that's what I was looking for also we went and ate at the beach Barefoot Beach Bar and it was disgusting I told the manager and he said it was fixed I called three times before I got there and said make sure that there's a coffee maker in our room we got there and there was no coffee maker by evening they said that they would have one in my room but that never happened I talked to the front desk person at that point and he said he will make sure because a lady comes in early in the morning and makes a huge crap of coffee for all the workers he will make sure I have two crafts outside my door between 4:00 and 5:00 well I waited till 7:00 I went down to the front desk in the front desk lady was rude and nasty to me they were nice because we said that we were going to leave in the refunded all our money but I would not suggest going to this place the property in the room was beautiful but the first room didn't have a refrigerator microwave coffee maker or anything like that they need better Management in checking the rooms and making sure the rooms are supplied we ended up going and buying our own plates silv

Away from it all and a lovely atmosphere. Customer Service is top level. You have miles and miles of a secluded beach with amazing sunsets and sunrises. They all look different under this environment. You forget for a while that you are in a busy and growing city which is only 35 minutes away.

This is a beautiful property, the food is phenomenal, staff, excellent, however, it’s a million miles from civilization. To go to the city is 5-600 pecos. Cabs take forever to come & ride share services aren’t allowed to pick up or drop off.
