This hotel was very mis represented on this site. The smell was horrible, dirty sheets and pillow cases. The pool was completely grown up with filth from what looked like years. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough!

My mattress and box foundation were not centered on the frame, there were steel supports sticking out on one side. I had to hunt down the maids every day for clean towels, etc. The outdoor pool was empty except for 10 inches of dirty water, temps during my stay were in the 90's. I will not be back here again, ever!

We had a bad experience at this hotel. It was ran down and needs serious updating. We were excited about the outdoor pool and hot tub and these were not operational. Keys stopped working. Housekeeping knocked waking us more than once thinking we were checked out a day earlier than we were supposed to check out.

Had to change rooms because the original one did not need basic clean room standards. Overnight staff was incredibly quick to offer a new room, but that was a bit of a pain as I was staying with my 4yr old so I had to truck all of our stuff down the hall just for a clean room. The second room the a/c didn’t seem to work as well. It seems like the property is attempting to upgrade some things, but there is definitely work to do. Overnight desk worker and breakfast staff were incredibly friendly!

Pictures in website were not accurate. Our room had a strong odor. The refrigerator was unplugged and full of water. The bed mattress was torn and had a hole. We immediately left and asked for a refund.
