Tucked into the woods in a quiet neighborhood of McCall, this home will give you plenty of privacy without sacrificing easy access to town. The heart of downtown is just over half a mile north, with many eateries and shops within walking distance. Come summer, you can spend your days swimming, sailing, or paddleboarding at Payette Lake (one mile north), or taking long walks through Ponderosa State Park (two miles north). In the wintertime, snowmobile adventures abound on numerous trails in the area, with downhill skiing at Brundage Mountain only ten miles north.

We had a great time with no complaints! This house was plenty big for the five of us. we had three children with us ages 7-13. Although this house is in walking distance to some of the restaurants etc. I would recommend driving into downtown if you have small children. Weekends do get pretty busy in McCall, but we had no problems finding parking, especially on the weekdays. The house was clean and everything we needed was provided. I loved the convenience of a washer and dryer. I would stay here again! we loved McCall!

Spacious home, close to everything downtown.
The property is very easy to find, super nice inside, and had plenty of space for myself and 7 other people. Large kitchen, fully stocked with silverware/dinnerware. There’s a covered patio in the back, where deer will walk right up to you. The bedrooms are spacious, and the garage is available to be parked in (which is nice during wintertime). Not far from the main road, and located close to downtown McCall this property is perfect sized, and placed perfectly for those who want to get away to McCall!

We came for a woman’s hockey tournament
When I tried to contact the property management company before 24 hours prior to arrival, I was met with some challenges. The day of they reached out both via text and phone call. We are granted the luxury of checking in early and were very happy with the communication. The house was lovely, the appliances were up-to-date, access was easy, and it slept eight of us with no issue. They were three bedrooms, two of them had a queen bed with two bunkbeds and one was a master with a queen. The mattresses weren’t awesome but there ended up being plenty of towels and supplies. We tried to start the laundry before we left but we couldn’t find any laundry detergent. That’s an easy fix. I would absolutely rent this property again!

The cabin was comfortable, spacious, and clean. We really appreciated the garage for vehicles and gear storage. The wifi was able to handle everyone's devices and the woodstove felt great after winter days outside (bring your own wood). Location was easy for this busy location. Our group was smaller, but could easily handle 6 to 8. Nice place!

Great rental home for our family!

Great vacation rental it was very clean and close to town. We had to get a little creative on the parking with 7 adults and sleds it was a little tight. Overall a great place I would consider renting again.

This property met all our expectations. It was clean and well equipped. It’s nice to be able to use the garage! The outside deck was perfect for happy hours and the wood stove was cozy in the evenings. Plus you can’t beat the location! For our needs, it was perfect. Would rent again.

December 2019 Stay
Our party of 12 (5 adults and 7 kids) had plenty of room in the house. The kitchen, living and dining areas were large enough for all of us. We loved having a grill and wood burning stove. Having access to a garage in snowy conditions was a huge benefit, and the proximity to town and the grocery store couldn't be better. The kitchen equipment, dishes, linens and towels were old and worn, but we found everything we needed. The twin bunk mattresses (all 4 of them) were hard and uncomfortable, the queen mattress in the back bedroom sunk into the middle, was extremely uncomfortable and is in dire need of replacing, and the same goes for the mattress in the pull out couch. The last 2 things are minor and I assume management will fix them before the next rental period: the hot water tank would only accommodate 1 short shower and would then require 2 hours to reheat, and the floors were dirty.

Beautiful home in the pines on a quite secluded drive
We had a wonderful stay in this home with family of 11, 7 adults 4 kids. Easy access just behind the Pancake House. Walking distance to town. Very well kept with all amenities and then some. If I must give one one negative of this property it would be that the carpets were fairly dirty. However we did understand it is late in the season and I’m sure this is something difficult to keep up with having all the foot traffic. Otherwise, perfect for our family of 11. Would not have a problem renting this home again.

This home was so perfect for our group. The boys went snowmobiling every day while the girls walked to town and enjoyed the awesome little town of McCall. The house stayed so nice and warm. There was room in the driveway for our truck with a snowmobile trailer and two other trucks. Also room out front to park another truck and trailer. We were able to use the garage to defrost our snow toys. Loved the instant hot water in the kitchen and the well equipped kitchen.
