Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Called 3 weeks in advance to make reservations, person said I was good to go. 2 weeks later I got no conformation about reservation, called back phone number was out of service, Booked reservation thru Expedia got conformation back, Upon arrival they had no record of reservation, Showed my booking from my phone he took a picture from my phone. Got to the room mini fridge not working, tv not working, flush handle fell off toilet no hangers in the closet no coffee pot, no cups in bathroom. Went to office to tell them about the problems. The staff member got mad at me for reporting the problems. said he would refund my money and go someplace else, ( the nearest motel is 75 miles away). I asked for another room, he said he would check and get back to me. After a long while I went back to the office, He gave us another room, the toilet bowl had not been cleaned for a long time, the ceiling above the sink was falling down, the springs in the bed were about to pop thru, no coffee pot, no glasses in bathroom, no hangers in closet (did not even have a closet)Don't let the pictures on their web page fool you, the 2 rooms we saw not even close. Never ever again BUYER BEWARE
