Wonderful tongue-and-groove wood perfectly compliments the great room's vaulted ceilings and light-filled living area. Two gas fireplaces anchor the great room and the downstairs family room for cozy comfort no matter where you choose to gather. The roomy full kitchen features an open-concept design that connects to the living/dining areas and includes an island counter with barstool seating. All the major appliances and cookware are equipped for home cooking.

The private deck and backyard set the stage for outdoor gatherings and offer a perfect spot to view Fourth of July fireworks. A private hot tub is ready to welcome you with soothing soaks after the day's adventures. There's also a gas grill for summertime cookouts.

You'll be just a short walk from the community lake access area, as well as local attractions, breweries, and eateries. Wisp Resort is only two miles away. Lodestone Golf Course is less than six miles from the drive.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
